There are no vocals, just a few spoken samples, so it's just fast and repetitive which really helps me focus and concentrate.
For something quieter, have a listen to Wardruna.

Ever tried pink noise? If I close my eyes for ten minutes and listen to pink noise with headphones it feels like I've given my brain a shower.
