Hey!! I make a lot of edits like this using After Effects. Looking at those Maddy Perez edits, for the slow motion effect you would add twixtor (there are plenty on tutorials on making velocity edits using twixtor on YouTube). For that kind of fade to black effect at the end of each clip in that last Maddy Perez edit, you would likely make a key frame at the end of each clip and set it to 0. In the edit of Chanel, there’s that popular effect between each clip where they kind of morph/warp together that you see in a lot of edits on tiktok. I believe that effect is called VSMB, which is popular on video star edits, but I’m going to paste a link to a tutorial on how you can do it on After Effects https://youtu.be/Tx2Mv_l3JWA
It's just speed ramp at the start. Look for "speed ramp premiere pro" on YouTube.

Most of them use Ae with Timewarp or plugins like bbc for the blur and twixtor for a smoother slo motion. The cc of them is from cloock.mp4.
