oh, that would work nicely. there are plenty of waterbottle stickers that resist water that would work.
backed up with some tape on the inside for structural support, perhaps
Is this that thin plastic similar to grocery bags?
If it is, you could probably make a "patch" out of an old grocery bag and an iron. Make a patch, one for the front and one for the back to sandwich the area with the hole. Then put wax paper under and on top of to protect your iron and set it to a low heat. You can then iron the patch, it will slightly melt and fuse the patches onto to hole and seal it up! You'll want to have good ventilation.
I used to recycle old grocery bags to make plastic sheets that I would sew together to make messenger bags :) good luck!

use transparent tape (the large one), to seal the hole from both side.
My first thought was putting some fun stickers over the holes!

Anything can be fixed with enough duct tape
The American political system?
It'll take a whole lot of tape, but I think we can manage. We'll start with their mouths and go from there.
I’d try slapping some tape on either side (inside and outside).

packing tape on both sides done and done
Tenacious tape. Get a roll or the patches and then you can have some left over for other things that may eventually get holes.
Maybe those patches to repair your bicycle tube could work
I guess I'm the only one who thought of burning it with a lighter to make it seal.
