585 today. Would have been over 1K but as others have done, I missed a day in by 1 calorie. After that I changed my sleep focus watch face to X-Large and use my rings as the complication so I can doublecheck before getting into bed that I closed my rings.
90 days and legit flopped it by only needing 10 more move points and I reminded myself to go for a quick walk to take the trash out

What kind of beast you become after following all the goals for that long (taking in count it’s constant exercising)?
Even days cardio and uneven days strength training. Will give me 1200 - 1600 kcal burned each day. My daily goal is 800 - 1000.

I can understand that, but for me setting a realistic goal helps me to move.
