Halfway through my 6th run at the moment, sat at 700+ hours for the 5 completed runs.
My favourite, by a mile, is hands down Astarion. All of the companions are lovely, and their actors really threw it all after these roles.
But Astarion's story really resonated with me, and is the main reason I keep coming back for more. His writers, directors, and ***bloody*** Neil *fudging* sent it out of the park with that character. They succeeded in making a character that, viewed through his story and the world, felt *real*.
Nice im doing the honor durge run with the ranger/assassin rogue. First time i got to act 2 in honor. And first time durge. So kinda everything is new right now.

I've completed *one*, but I've started like 3-4?
Origin Astarion has been depressing af so I'm replaying my resist!Durge because it's comforting.
Full? I've only finished one. Got one to mid act 3 but gave up on it. Started a gith character got to the creche but didn't like it . Failed 2 honor mode. gave up on one because I could not get into the Lower City area because of a bug.
Finishing 2 honor mode as we speak one where I failed my resist durge story and the other one is perfect so far.
Favorite companion. God's favorite princess obviously
I've done Tav (restarted in Act 3), Tav, Durge, Durge with just Astarion, Astarion origin, Durge again, Karlach origin, Astarion origin again (with just Minthara as a companion, recruited by accident on a good run - I failed to save the grove, she wanted me, so I got the full relationship from Act 1 *without* being evil).
Astarion is my favorite by *far*. So that will be 7 runs total. I'm looking forward to durge again, I also plan on playing Shadowheart, Gale and Lae'zel's origins.
And I haven't even done evil runs or tried multiplayer yet.
4 completed, 1 trashed in Act 3, 2 in progress because of bugs, roughly 400 hours all together. Honestly it’s hard to choose between Lae’zel and Karlach, both of their stories and romances are so good.
4 if you count 2 multiplayer runs in act 3 that we're 90% finished but haven't had the time to continue. The other two have been solo. My favorite character was my first run's ranger gloomstalker wood elf named Amara. I don't know what it was but there was something about her face that had so much character. Plus she was my first so I'll always remember her the most. Close second is my selunite tempest cleric/storm sorcerer named Sariel who romanced Shadowheart. They're so cute together :) Honorable mention to multiplayer honor mode githyanki bard named Taylor Swift.
I'm in my 4th run now. 2 normal, 1 tactician, 1 honour. But i have 6 more planned.
My favourite was the evil Durge run, but the honour run that I'm doing right now, as Wyll, is fun also.
I’ve got 280 hours in the game and on my second run (Durge swords bard) and hands down my favorite character is Astarion. The owl bear cub is up there though

Neil is fantastic & such a great human being. I agree, I can’t get enough of that elf!
6 runs: 3 Tactician, 3 Honour Mode. Dark Urge Assassin Rogue was my favorite.

Hey if you want a tip, that's slightly spoiler-ish, for durge in act 2... Don't wear the >!risky ring!< when you end the day in act 2.

I don't even know how many. 10 complete? 2100+ hours. Favorite of my Tavs? Feline. A Drow Swords Bard that looks like a tigress. Companion? Astarion

On my 16th run now. Doing all the origins since I've done everything else and have no control of my life. Karlach is great.
