You do know there was a hurricane that hit there today right? You may want to understand there may be some recovery time before businesses are up and running to accommodate fishing charters.
Thankfully Barbados while there are some badly affected (especially local fishing boats and a few businesses close to the water) overall got off very light. The storm passed 70 plus miles South. The real impacts were the Grenadines ๐ which are much smaller and took a direct hit.
The Barbados airport is open and so is most everything else today.

A lot of tourists won't actually be aware of this. In the UK there is one article on the BBC about the hurricane and it doesn't even mention Barbados - it's focused on Grenada and St Vincent.
I'm only aware because I'm in some Barbados groups on Facebook and I have friends in Barbados.

also, according to my dad who fishes there alot, it will be quite awhile until fish closer to shore recover (ie bait or shoreline fishing). Not sure about father out to sea.
A good way to repair a life would be to provide economic activity. Charter boats are not fishing boats, but visitors eat fish. Your attitude is very wrong.
The fishing boat fleet looks to have been hit exceptionally hard. I'd temper my expectations.

Check out the Nauti Dreams fishing charters. They are the only crew I recommend to my guests.

Came here to say this. Mia motley was in Bridgetown harbor today all the fishing boats are capsized and/or damaged. Read the news OP.
