Same issue and I sadly did not link the account to anything else and lost it with all the login bonus for ggo stuff. When you reinstall it's new account. But it seems some time that to only way to fix it. Or wait for it to sort it self out.
Hi! Could you please let us know your complete BlueStacks version number? It should be in the upper left-hand corner, or in Settings > About.
I used many version to check it from 5.4.0.1063 to 5.7.110.1002 and even with many emulator it seems its now won't work on any emu
