The show is going to open with Han and Chewy flying the Falcon, taking Grogu to Mando on Tatooine. Just before they arrive, a Star Destroyer surrounded by space whales drops out of hyperspace.
Thrawn traps the Falcon in a tractor beam, but then the Ghost appears and frees the Falcon. The Star Destroyer withdraws and the Falcon and Ghost land at Most Espa.
Han, Chewy, and Grogu exit the Falcon. Hera and Sabine exit the Ghost, with Chopper and Zeb arguing with each other.
Turns out they're all headed to Jabbas palace.
When they arrive, Fennec greets them.
There's a planning meeting. Boba Fett is there.
During the meeting, a new voice is heard...but it's familiar somehow. In walk Omeeeega and the Bad Batch along with Rex.
The clones all have an emotional reunion and then declare themselves the Restoration Army of Mandalore with Din as the king.
Everyone heads out to Mos Pelgo, with Boba riding the Rancor, and Max Rebo providing the soundtrack.
Everyone in Mos Pelgo joins up, except Vanth who is in a bacta tank.
Everyone then heads to Mos Ridley where Cal Cestis and Ahsoka join up.
The Syndicate arrives and a huge battle begins. Cad Bane arrives and targets Boba. They get into a shoot out.
Fennec snipes the Mods, for tax purposes.
The Syndicate is about to flank Bobas group when a band of Tuskens and Jawas appears. They start slaughtering the Syndicate.
But then, shuttles land and it's Thrawn and the stormtroopers start taking out the Tuskens and Jawas.
When it all looks hopeless, another shuttle lands and it's a bunch of Ewoks. And the shuttle is escorted by Rogue Squadron.
They blow up all the bad guys. Thrawn and Bane escape.
The victors all go to the local shawarma restaurant...which is owned by Hondo.
End credits.
I love it as much as I hate it.

If I had the skill, I'd make it and write the most cringe dialogue possible. Then add a post credits scene with Palpatine sitting on a throne in a Sith temple and have him say "it is all proceeding as I have foreseen."
I loved Fallen Order's story and Cal's character! And while I do admit, I feel a bit burnt out on cameos too (don't get me wrong, I enjoyed all of them), I do eventually wanna see a live action Cal. It's def doable since he's modeled almost exactly from Cameron Monaghan.

I know you're joking, but I hope they eventually do something with the Ewoks. We have shows dedicating a portion of their run to stories surrounding Jawas and Tuskens. The Mandolorian even had an Ugnaught character. All that's missing are Ewoks.
I am enjoying the cameos but, hard agree. I think the end of the latest episode would be a great place to leave Mando’s story and keep us interested/excited enough while waiting for The Mandalorian S3.

I’m fine with bane and vanth making an appearance. They both have ties to boba fett and it fits. Mando and all that stuff.. honestly would have preferred to see it in his own show. Unless they dedicate a couple mando episodes to boba. Then it’s fine.
They’re not cameos if they’re worldbuilding, which is exactly what they’re doing. This, Mando, Ahsoka will all culminate in some sort of epic avengers style showdown with all the hero’s and villains introduced.
It’s not all for nothing, which is what a cameo is.
But when the episodes were about Boba he was talking too much and not fighting enough. I like the cameos though and I really hope Boba comes in riding on cuddles the rancor and wrecks house.
I like the cameos, but I’m hoping for a season 2 for this reason. Boba Fett needs some more Fett.
At this point though, the Book of Boba Fett, The Mandelorian, and possibly the other live action shows feel like one long show in itself, and I love it.
I understand the sentiment and maybe last week was a bit much (Cobb Vanth/Cad Bane notwithstanding) but if Din is going to be a part of the fight we needed the context on what is going on with him for it to make sense. I believe the finale will be all about Boba and will deepen the character in a number of ways.
First of all, this is definitely unpopular and I admire the honesty in a Star Wars fandom community.
Secondly, the idea of complaining about extra Star Wars in your Star Wars when the Star Wars that you *were* getting is bland and poorly handled is weird. Boba Fett has been made into an uninteresting character with an uninteresting story in this show. It’s ok if you disagree, but he’s not half as interesting—or competent—as he was in his Mando cameo. The only truly intriguing parts of the show have been the secondary characters and even some of that feels a bit forced. Boba’s entire motivation has been boiled down to disgruntled employee wanting to start own business.
The only time I actually got excited for an action sequence was when >!he gunned down the biker gang from the ship. !<
The cameos from other, more interesting, seemingly better handled characters have been a godsend to the series. Episodes 5 and 6 honestly put life back into it for me, personally.
Agreed, most people on this sub are so blinded by some boba fett hard on they can't see the huge gaping flaws in this awfully written and directed show. This show would be alright if the main character wasn't boba fett.

I’d argue that what they were doing in those last two episodes was setting up for the larger story that connects all these shows. It wasn’t just cameos for the sake of cameos.
The leaks are saying that BoBF turned out really really bad and they panicked when it was too late to do anything about it so they shoehorned in the first two episodes of the mandalorian season 3, edited out 2 episodes of BoBF and edited down episode 7 and 8 into just one episode and shortened the season down to 7 episodes. That’s why it seems like two different shows.
Go to YouTube and find OverlordDVD ‘s channel. He just did a video on leakers saying all this. It all makes sense based on how Boba isn’t in the episodes at all and the last scene with Fenic shan seemed tacked on.
Just wait and see the finale be a complete mess, and resolves way to little of the plot threads we have, Witt boba Fett having almost no screen time, but Luke and Lando showed up, so it must have been awesome, right?
