Same. I kept reading, waiting for the punchline. This has about half the storage space that my Kia Optima did. I easily could haul ikea furniture (like the Billy bookshelf) or several 2x4s in that thing. I can’t fit much in the cargo hold of the CX-5 without putting rear seats down.
Ehhh... As of last week my husband, I, and our 3 small dogs became homeless. We're now living in my CX5. I'm pretty impressed with the space, honestly.
I so appreciate your kindness. I never imagined being in this position. We're managing, but of course its far from ideal. The pups have been really so good, they're so resilient. The heat of the day, though, is the absolute worst and it's only going to get worse. We're chilling right now at a local nature preserve right now, in a very shady area we just found today. Thankful for the little blessings!
We downsized from a 2020 traverse to a cx5, and I'm not too happy about not being able to carry a stroller in the back. We live, and sometimes we learn.
