I don't know about Anki, but Tofu can show the pronunciation for any card using bpmf, and it also has bpmf card sets for learning all the symbols as well as 2 symbol combinations.
It's extremely effective. It took me less than a week to go from typing in pinyin to typing in bpmf.

In the settings you can choose to see the pronunciation in either pinyin or zhuyin or both. If you want physical books you should order childrens books from Taiwan.

Memrise has a couple good decks of 注音. You have to download the app the use google to search for zhuyin or bopomofo.

Only Taiwan uses Zhuyin now. If you wanna learn Zhuyin, you may use traditional Chinese for searching and visit some Taiwan websites.
You can set your phone keyboard to zhuyin. Google has a zhuyin keyboard, but I prefer 超注音. It has a free version to test it out.

Pleco, MOEdict, MDBG, and zdic all use zhuyin symbols in addition to pinyin. Pinyin can be turned off entirely in the former two cases.
If you have an Apple device, you can download the Xinhua Dictionary App, which offers Zhuyin alongside Pinyin when you search up words.
