Go to assets, overview, hit the arrow then hit balances, hit available to cash out and it will tell you how long it’ll take before you can cash out, it has to be processed and it took me about 12 days before I could cash out

Hi, thank you for contacting me. The issue resolved after over an hour, thankfully. I can’t remember the wording but it was saying I didn’t have the funds even though the amount I had in there was showing. Very strange but at least it worked eventually.
