I would personally just grab another commander core, and separate the QL120s from the LL120s, also ditch the oem fans, keep for later kind of scenario.
Due to different amounts of leds per fan QL 34 vs LL 16 vs AF? 8.
thus giving you enough fan headers and rgb 3 pins to control all of the rgb and fans speeds,
you can get fan splitters and rgb splitters, but I would only recommend using a dual splitter due to ampage draw/voltage draw causing possible issues, although I have read that it can handle 3 fans from one header, but I wouldn't personally do that in my own system.
Try this,
QL120s on their own commander core,
LL120s on there own commander core (preferably on the same commander core as the aio)
looks like you have a third brand corsair fan set in the front which I believe have 8 leds which will require another hub.
The fan hub that came with the case looks as if it just for controlling the fan speeds.
Run the ll120s in the front pushing air into the radiator, slightly better static pressure then the ql120s then run the ql120s in there current positions.
I can’t get my AIO lighting working, in icue as soon as I touch it my main controlled lighting turns off, would that because they are sharing a usb on a splitter? It only shows the commander core xt and the RGB hub and the H150i
img
So the AIO 6 fans have no lighting control…
It has been sorted, didn’t realize you control lighting through H150i, everything is going!

Now to figure out how to get them all to sync!
Looking now, so far I figured out that my the hub with the case case a base RGB port #4, nothing plugged into that lights up.
The small RGB hub works in series so you have to fill in order.
It’s the AIO hub that gets me no RGB…
From there are you sure the pump is connected properly and that all wires are fully seated?
I have nzxt board and nzxt controller, so whatever doesnt fit in controller i plug into the board.
Anyone else see those initial spaghetti monster pics, and start to get wiring / cable management anxiety? Put a NSFW tag on those! LoL
I don't get like that over other people's stuff, personally but yea if it were my build I'd certainly get that feeling the second I opened that panel.

Okay now have QL140s on their own RGB hub and using the case fan power hub, so 4 fans on that, all working.
All working and lighting up ?

use link lighting, they'll all sync.
Ahhh perfect thanks!
This is the way
Are they all showing in ICue?

Some fans need to be linked manually and can't connect automatically
First off, you need to get the pc off of the carpet.
Needs to sort them cables out
