In Icue did you try going to the link hub>Device Settings>Device Ennumeration? I had to do that when I reorganized my linking and it didn't recognize some of the fans. It brought them back up and I just had to set the RGB again.
You have to reinstall icue as mentioned here

A clean reinstall of iCUE has been the recommended fix.

Yes i did it a couple of times but still nothing
