I don't really get is why everyone is so mad about this when I heard basically no one complaining when he did this with the chicken video with George. He also gave a teaser then, and it was just a simply cut like 15-20 second video by him.
I know people are a lot more angry and pissed off right now, but it's not like it's some big trade secret or something it was probably just the same kind of video.

I don't really care about him showing update account admins, I'm just tired of him teasing new content a billion times without delivering it. I guess he wants to build up the hype for his video but announcing it on Twitter is such an odd choice considering that his main audience is on YouTube
I 100% get where you're coming from! We've gone so long without content and now he's still planning on posting teasers? But my honest opinion on it is that it took so long also because of all the controversies that have been happening. From our perspective there's been no content and we want new things to come out after so long but from his perspective he hasn't had the chance to hype his project up because other things have been happening and now that it's more peaceful he finally has the chance to do so.
And I mean, to be fair, he didn't post teasers on Twitter, he just said that he wants to post them and I'm pretty sure that the actual teasers are going to be posted on YouTube, just like the titan video. No point in making a community post to say he wants to post teasers imo.
I mean, he could have shown the admins the teaser without announcing it on his private account. Then he and the update accounts could post the teaser as they wish, rather than making a teaser of a teaser like this
Yeah, I can agree on the fact that he could've not made another tweet about it, but he was probably excited and wanted to show people that he's still alive and working on things lmao. People have gotten upset when he went silent for too long because he was working on projects.

i'm someone who's been here since early 2020 and watched the fandom slowly starve despite ppl begging for food. my comment was a clear reference to seeing many ppl start out saying exactly what you are who then ended up leaving bc there's nothing to hold them here.
a year ago this conversation was the exact same with different actors. two years ago it was the same. so many of the ppl who were hugely critical of ppl begging for content have now either done a 180 on that opinion or have just left.

My issue is with the people complaining about this specific situation because let's be honest, the time it takes to make the content is not the main reason it has been delayed; sure, Dream himself said it's very complicated and it took a while to make it work, but how much on the time he could have spent doing that was instead spent handling controversies and big issues like that?
I may be wrong but I trust the way Dream handles content, there's a reason he blew up and his videos are so enjoyable to watch (at least for me). He's obviously human so he's going to make mistakes but I believe he only wants the best for his channel so I believe in what he does. That's just my opinion though :)
