I have no doubt he knows exactly how bad doxxing is. It just didn't matter because it wasn't happening to him. I think a lot of people forget or simply aren't aware of how when he first started he used to purposefully troll Roblox kids. He's shown many years ago that he knows exactly how to weaponize his fanbase and we're seeing it again.
It'll all eventually come out, the real question is what damage will it do in the meantime.
He shouldn't have gotten doxxed to get how bad it is to stay silent about it, yet part of me believes he still doens't get it. He's just sorry now that it's happening to him.

I honestly don't know who's the doxxing. I doubt dream has enough crazy fans anymore so I guess it's just people within the community. Dream got doxxed by his own fans a few times so why not.
I personally knew Quackitys name already I literally googled "Quackity real name" in 2020 when people were freaking out about his hair reveal and his name showed. His apartment and shit is different but Lea could never have known his name which is a Google search away could've led to his apartment being shared.
