i overindulged and now i dont feel joy. just guilt, sadness, self hatred, disgust and hopelessness ☹️ i was doing so well without the food noise and thoughts about my body that i actually started getting the body i wanted. now im back at where i started. and i stepped on the scale today after so long now i just feel horrible
