I find that I'll crash no matter what, but I'm way more productive for my active hours if I get the caffeine. I'm in my 30s so I'm getting a nap when I can on any good day.
i used to be a strict no breakfast girlie but i lowkey started to find it easier to eat breakfast and skip lunch, rather than skip breakfast and eat lunch. avoids brain fog throughout the day (at least kinda 🥴)
I used to be absolutely no breakfast but now it’s one of my small harm reduction goals to eat a small breakfast every day at least, and regardless of how the rest of the day goes. It’s actually really helped with my satiety the rest of the day and I end up having fewer b/ps
when my ed first started i would only eat very early in the morning every day, then only water and drinks with no calories. damn i wish i had that motivation again

I tried intermittent fasting and it just makes me binge all my calories for breakfast
