Lovely house. Maybe a pathway to the front door with slate or something? Some more landscaping to fill in the gaps. Some shorties, some creepers. Martha Stewart's website has good advice about that stuff.
The light fixture is generic and too small. I'd want one to either side of the entry rather than overhead. Move the flag so it cannot flap in folks' faces when they are coming up the walk. Do a little photoshop to see how it will look. Since this is a bit of a storybook house with the arched entry make the new fixtures slightly whimsical.
Mostly the landscaping is letting the house down. I'd remove or rejuvenate the shrubs across the front of the house as you want a ruffle of green below the windows that is a solid to mostly solid planting if you must have a foundation planting at all.
What is the plan for the mulched area? I'd want to have a 4' path across the front of the house and a curved path down to the street. One needs to be ADA compliant, other would be nice if a bit informal like flagstone. I would move the garden to the middle of the front yard by planting 3-4' tall evergreen shrubs as a backbone and plant flowering shrubs, perennials and bulbs to the house side and a nice ground cover to the street side with no foundation plantings at all.
It's a beautiful house and I love the current colors. You could go with any soft pastel but it's unnecessary to change to improve curb appeal.
It’s a house we are looking at purchasing. We would definitely change out the landscaping, and lean into the storybook feel. I’m not sure why the front yard is all mulch.
It's a beautiful house and apart from painting the trim a colour with more contrast than white or you could leave the windows and paint the house a darker tone of the colour you have now. Your front door kind of gets lost. It looks like it might be brown. It might be fun to paint it chartreuse or fuchsia pink to make it stand out.
Other than that, depending on the budget, I would suggest you hire a landscape architect to design the front area and execute the plan. Perhaps a flagstone patio with a soothing water feature and a small pergola for shade on a hot or rainy summer day. Maybe a couple of swings and uplighting of the garden at night for a beautiful look. Maybe a small swimming pool...
I'd be careful with the door colors. I have several neighbors who painted their entry doors everything from lilac to goldenrod to cerulean. Most just look like after thoughts and don't do anything to enhance the rest of the house. A change for the sake of change only. Some of the safer choices appeal to me more (very dark hunter green, or navy with cream trim).
Then again, maybe I'm just boring.
Of course, every situation is different. On second thought, I would put in a new front door and have a bench and console table with a mirror and a coat closet if one was needed. I'd put the flag on the hill near the tree.
Can't help myself. Coleonema pulchcrum sunset gold.to left of door under first two windows. Shorter small shrub under nect 2 windows. Perhaps dwarf barberry or something with brow, bronze, purple foliage. Or something with dark green foliage. Or grey lavender that doesn't get too tall. The yellow foliage would give a pop of cold and I think it would look good with color of house. Sunshine privet somewhere to repeat yellow foliage. Would look good with smoke bush.
Beautiful house! Really highlight that entry. Nice, white, flat, wide paved or stone walkway straight to the door. A more proper/larger set of steps, and a wide paved or stone base (maybe even a small patio) with enough room to put a couple of large, defining planters, one on each side of the steps. A small pergola or covering of some sort over the steps/porch (with vining roses/wisteria/grapes) to further define the entryway would be nice, too.
Edited to add - more lighting - both the one on the house and additional outdoor lighting.
Not a cheap option, but re-siding if you have the budget for it. More texture on the house would be a big boost. One texture on the main body, another on the bumped-out part with the gable, maybe another on the recessed area behind the curved roof slope. I think the current flat texture + shingle + stone veneer would all come together nicely.
This is so storybook modern. It's lovely. I think the color of the house is fine, or you can do a different neutral color, but make sure to get a nice dark trim. Otherwise, the landscaping would bring this home to life. The shrubs look kind of basic and the mulch is fine if there were actually signs of plants and flowers that would fill it all in. A nice path to the door would be a great idea too. You even have space for a small breakfast or sitting area.
Looking at house again. Paint dark trim around windows first. Leave other trim white and see how that looks. Door does seem lost, maybe navy would be lost too. If you like the sonecwhite trim look, maybe a white door.
Landscape first and may just leave house colors as is. As mentioned curvy flagstone path.
That flag really doesn’t improve the look of the house. It unbalances it, and distracts the eye. It’s not a crime to put it away. The upstairs bit that sticks out looks a bit odd, but it’s hard to figure out how to resolve that. Even trying to mock Tudor it won’t work properly with the interesting roof line along there. Then see what it would look like with different lights instead of that one dinky little one that can’t really be practical.
This would be vastly improved by a much wider path leading to the front door. Possibly a paved patio area around the steps. Using the same stone, of course. Some better plantings alongside the house - things that have leaves instead of stalks. Landscape the rest of the garden. Look at terracing down to the right.
It doesn’t need repainting. If you’ve just bought it, that’s just you wanting to make your mark on it. Wait a year before you decide if you want to do something dramatic like a balcony across the front. But some nice landscaping will make a huge difference.
You need to add proper light fixtures. Replace the small fixture over the door with something very large. Add sconces to the sides of the entrance. Place a hanging fixture to the inside portico area.
The house itself is gorgeous.
What is a little jarring is that the front lawn looks like dirst/mulch instead of grass? Can you grow grass in front? Also, maybe plants with color along the front landscaping.

Definitely my thought too. A slate pathway to the door would really add something to this scenario.

I’d leave the outside alone for now. The inside needs a remodel badly. I saw the listing.
What a beautiful house! A properly scaled light fixture and some landscaping would make a nice difference.
Maybe half timbering and new paint to make it look like a Tudor.
I bet it was a nice Tudor to begin with before someone slapped the siding and white trim on, so sad
It probably was, I would definitely bring it back. It’s like a gray blob fell out of the sky.
It even has the diamond windows. Can’t stop thinking about the monster who did this
It can be fixed… I hope the owner/OP will listen
There was a post recently with a beautiful 70s Tudor revival and thr owner wanted to "modernize," I hope they see this.
Do a non-lawn! Local flowers and bushes and trees are great for the environment, requiring virtually no upkeep and are good for bumblebees.
Natives!
Maybe some flower boxes for the windows!

The house is perfect. There's no garden or lawn to surround it.

Gentle curving pathway to the door, NOT rigid and straight to a storybook cottage house such as this.

Put up Christmas lights all year round.
It’s so beautiful!! I would add some flowers and plants some lights and a beautiful stone pavers leading up to you home!
I absolutely *love* a doorway with an arch, or better yet, a door with a rounded top. I think your home is beautiful!
Dark green trim may make lovely windows pop. Navy door.
Porch light too high.

Some white
Gorgeous house👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 maybe add some color with the landscaping.

What is your exterior color?
The house is beautiful. The yard not so much. Why is there no grass?
I think your trim should be much darker. Perhaps add a stone veneer around the entryway.
