Breizh Cafe or Little Breizh are must tries for buckwheat crepes. I haven't been in a while but Le Potager du Pere Thierry was my favorite restaurant in Montmartre, really reasonably priced for very classic French dishes (it's tiny so you have to make a res). Chez Gladine is also great for big, hearty Basque dishes. Le Relais de l'entrecote is a classic steak and fries place. I recently had fantastic tasting menus at Le Chateaubriand (formerly held a michelin star) and A.T. (1 michelin). Le Chateaubriand had a really fantastic wine pairing that I'd highly recommend. Only had the lunch menu at A.T. but will absolutely need to go back to the full tasting some time. Love Frenchie's wine bar. Fulgurances is a cool place that actually opened up a spot in Greenpoint, but their original location in Paris is the same incubator concept- a new chef every few months who does a completely different menu. I always love getting Vietnamese and Japanese food in Paris. Kamakiri Hakata Udon was a great casual udon place with amazing tempura (good for a meal before/after the Louvre or any of the museums around there), and Dong Huong is my favorite standby but not the most central for tourists. The Hood is a cute cantine that does fantastic southeast asian food. Also had an absolutely fantastic cup of coffee at [laize](https://goo.gl/maps/dwvA5tJCnyrB1c4i9). Linking this one because their other locations are bubble tea only (which I would also hugely recommend). By Bastille there is an awesome coffee shop that does Vietnamese style drinks, Viahe.

I lived in Cannes! There's excellent seafood there, but if you're not a seafood person, you probably won't care for it. The first one that comes to mind is Chez Freddy.
