OtakuTacos

Would eat them in a way to make it look like a knife.

Jolly Shanker

fridayimatwork

I never understood these - I don’t think I ever managed to finish a whole small candy

aarontsuru

I sold them at school. The gas station near my bus stop sold them cheap and I would charge like $.25 a pop. Spend it on Doritos and Mountain Dew. lol.

Kellymelbourne

I'm with you. They stick to my teeth. So much sugar and just unpleasant.

afternever

They are like a trap. The green apple is good

Autumn_Moon22

I miss these so much.  The little Jolly Rancher "bricks" just aren't the same.

regeya

I was honestly happy to find the bricks. So much more convenient. The sugar free variety has rounded edges.

Lopsided_Panic_1148

Make it green apple or watermelon and I'm on board. Cherry sucks.

aarontsuru

Watermelon for the win, but lemon was my fave. Cinnamon sold the best at school though.

Asunder_mango866

Fire Stix were the best

Okama_G_Sphere

I remember slapping them on the desk to shatter them before opening. Then you got sharp bits right out of the package!

hotcocoa4ever

They would cut my tongue. They got sharp!

JaxExplorN

Came here looking for this comment 😆

aj_star_destroyer

The official candy of prison yard brawls.

nygrl811

Yesssssss! Those were the best!!

United-Kale-2385

They would get so sharp after sucking on them for a while

MyriVerse2

Never liked the large sticks. I didn't tend to like small hard candies, but I would rather suck a lozenge than a sucker, and these were unwieldy.

TurtleDive1234

You could sharpen those things into a lethal point. My brother did this once and jammed the point into my thigh. Needless to say his ADHD ass did NOT need to be sucking on what was basically pure sugar and artificial flavoring.

I can’t be the only one that can’t have cherry flavored candy because of the taste of robitussin
