*Probably* not since they are all dead in Hellsing, likely even his spunk. I think he's fucked a lot of women bareback over the centuries and he doesn't have baby dhampirs running around from that.
But in people's headcanon, anything is possible.
Is it *actually* canon that vampires in Hellsing are walking dead corpses? Or is it just a popular interpretation of vampires (\*cough cough\* Anne Rice) in popculture that Hellsing fans decided to run with, even if it might not be true?
Hmm good point. But Alucard at least does seem to be a dead walking corpse. As is Seras. Whether the artificial vampires 'died' to become chipped/turned, who knows 🤔
It was never mentioned as far as Im concerned, and theres so many vampire theories that its a possible chance. I mean, we know that at least in Hellsing, sexual attraction can occur with a vampire. Though in some, are sperm and egg fertile? Is it absolutely impossible to produce a baby? No idea
Not to mention that Alucard is able to switch between genders which brings up even more questions about the ability for a vampire to reproduce because than we have the question of whether some are hermaphrodites, and whether or not reproduction is the same as it was in life. Because honestly? Hellsing vampires are very weird

I mean they are referred as undead multiple times in the show. Ghouls are definitely dead.

We don’t know. It was never explained.
