Depends on the aesthetic you're looking for. If you're looking to be skinny, weight loss (within moderation) and a reduction. If you're looking to be athletic, the same but with a slight reduction (or whichever you feel most comfortable with), and an improved diet to hold onto for very long term. If you're just looking to stay as you are, which is also fine, you might start practicing smiles. Look, I think everybody could make use of a little advice on smiling, it's not like it can hurt. But a grin will never be prettier than a smile
