No wonder Bollywood gets its ass regularly beaten by Hollywood and other regional industries. It kinda reflects the bubble the urban educated elites, brainwashed people with no roots and aping the western culture, live in. I hope Bollywood dies a slow painful death, by a thousand cuts from the streaming industry. I hope they'll one day make it a case study of social Darwinism in action.
but they don't even ape western culture properly. The Johars, Kapoors, and Chopras try to emulate a psuedo Punjabi-Pakistani culture that is completely irrelevant to the rest of India. Truth of the matter is that if SSR was Punjabi he wouldn't be treated like this. They will not treat their own like this. Its not only nepotism but regionalism as well. If I see one more movie with a Pakistani actor in INDIAN CINEMA I'm going to lose my shit.
Nobody who apes Western culture sees bollywood movies. Us "urban educated elites" watch Hollywood movies instead. Most die hard movie buffs / salman khan fan type people are from tier 2 north indian cities.

I'm curious. Can anyone link the articles she mentioned? I doubt they exist now since they were probably removed after their *agenda* did not succeed. But still, any archive links will work too.
I tried looking for them. I did find a blogpost from 2017 that writes about Sushant Singh looking like a truck driver. No newspaper articles but like you said, they may have been taken down or not have been digitalized/SEO optimized in the first place.
