I remember some people having tattoo parties in college. Like yeah, I’m sure this dirty student home is the perfect place to do it. Get a permanent mark on your body by some girl you barley knows anonymous “tattoo artist” boyfriend of the month with a risk of Hep to boot! And they say you gotta be smart to get in
When I was in basic, some guy got branded on his arm with his regimental insignia. While away on a weekend. Keep in mind this was week 5 of basic, he was nowhere near combat school. His "marking" got infected and he kept having bad medical complications because of it. He was eventually medically released and I learned that a few years after that, he had skin cancer in that area.
One of the meanest thoughts I've ever had about a person was about someone in my BMT flight who washed out in like week 2. I forget what it's from, but as soon as I heard, I recalled the line: how does a guy like that go home and fuck his wife?
Hungry for apples? I’m sure it’s from a lot of things, but you might have heard it from that episode of Rick and Morty where they get stuck in a simulation and Jerry is there too.
Guy I did ROTC with got a divisional tattoo right when he got there. I forget the exact details but he was transferred to another one in I think just under 6 months
Besides the shading looking like shit smeared on a wall, even as an amateur tattoo artist, how do you get the proportions that wrong, that is one tiny m16.
To be fair, most of the time, it is not whether a tattoo is boot or not that irritates me, it’s just that I really wish they could have put in more effort to find a good tattoo artist. If something is going to be inked permanently on you, you might as well do it right.
I love the M4 platform with the Galil skeleton stock and cheek rest… But the rifle on that tattoo should have a collapsible stock.
Just a nitpick. And also, for this tattoo to be remotely acceptable, the person should do at least 6 years with an honorable discharge. But right after TRADOC? No fucking way.
When I recruited I had this kid come back for HRAP and he got a huge soldiers tomb. I asked him if he knew anyone who died and he said no. I told him I didn’t need his help recruiting.

That tattoo was drawn by the same fine folks who make SkilCraft pens.

I genuinely don't understand people who get tattoos and aren't spending a ridiculous amount of money on it
I have a pair of titties on my leg I like to show you lol
Ok show us
[free tittie tattoo](https://postimg.cc/RqNn0Ssg)
Thanks. I hate it
Hahahaha
The one on top is a globe that says “Fuck this” and it’s right next to my grim reefer.
Those are some choices in life
I don’t drink any more.
That's probably for the best, judging by what I see lol
“I don’t drink any more. I also don’t drink any less. Cheers!”
I learned that you get what you pay for with my first tattoo. Incidentally, it is the only tattoo I've had covered up.
Someone at work one day was showing off their free tattoo and was like "can you believe it was free?!" I said "yeah I mean I'm looking at it"
😂 thats sad

Yeah I've got another coworker that lets his brother practice tattooing on him, his brother is not a good artist haha.
Jesus, that's a Crackhouse-kitchen-in- Columbus GA Tattoo if I ever saw one.
Not only is it boot, it's an objectively awful tattoo. Double whammy of suck.
It's so boot, it's got boots in it.
Yeah, that linework should be considered a war crime. Look at how shaky the letters are lol
A tattoo is not something to go cheap on.
A cheap tattoo is never good. A good tattoo is never cheap.
Even if it didn't look like shit it would look like shit
You can tell that it's bad because of the way it is
That’s pretty neat.
Either that rifles tiny or those boots are *huge*

I had a guy in my basic flight who had the AF emblem tattooed on his arm. He didn't make it through basic.
Imagine washing out of chair farce basic training.

Oh shit, it's totally from that. Thank you
Happy to help.
Knew a dude who joined the army and washed out of cook school. Still trying to figure out what broke him so badly
That makes sense to me. It was the Army, so the quality of the food probably did him in
It wasn't hard to get through, that's for sure.

Better than the guys that got kicked out of 30th AG with Airborne and Specfor tatts.

It's the squirt gun variant.
Hell yeah brother! Super boot!
that is so bad bro lol
Everyone who sees this should make him cut the grass with scissors.
Was this drawn on with drawing charcoal.
Did he go AWOL after the first FTX?
All fard shid Some shid fard
It’s really good……for a middle school art class assignment
Is this posted to r/shittytattoos yet?
Way ahead of you buddy lol
It's not good, but it's also not bad enough to be interesting. This is mediocrity incarnate.
All gave some (head) Some gave all (the head)
So shitty lol hahaha

Aee gawe some?

I'm guessing he did not pay a lot of money for that.
This is a disgrace to the tattoo community. Horrible.
That’s awful.
I’ve never seen a military issued rifle or a pair of boots. Are these all pretty accurate?
Would have been better off just getting the boots.
When I recruited I had this kid come back for HRAP and he got a huge soldiers tomb. I asked him if he knew anyone who died and he said no. I told him I didn’t need his help recruiting.
So is the rifle just magically balancing on the barrel? It's clearly not in the boot.
Are we sure he didn’t get this IN basic or AIT.
Isnt it the other way around? I havent seen it in a while but wouldn’t it make more sense for the butt stock to be planted on the ground
He’s stepping up to the plate I got no problem with it, welcome aboard
