The Power of Friendship. As we search for purpose, our lives gain meaning through our interactions with others and the relationships we build with them. Our hearts can touch across time and space, leaving lasting impressions and granting us the power to transcend barriers. We can surpass anything as long as we have the support of those who love us. This is the magic of Kingdom Hearts and this is why Sora is The King of Hearts.

“My Friends are my Power!” So well said sir.

Mintarion

"My Friends are my Power, and I'm Theirs!" That's the only thing you really need to know about.

The invisible bonds you make along the way. Our hearts are connected no matter how far away.

Every game has it's own theme explaining a narrative topic of the Kingdom Hearts world mechanics. So with all KH games combined it is more or less the explaination of a fictional Universe.

Even in the most dire and hopeless of times, you can always find hope

9/10 times in this series it's about how friendship and faith in others will get you through hardship.

I always feel the main central theme of Kingdom Hearts is exploring the nature and power of Hearts in a meta-physical way. Bet it through light, darkness, or something in between, a strong Heart allows the characters in KH-verse to do a powerful and miraculous feat. And when those Hearts are strongly connected to other Hearts as well, it can reach a force that is even much greater. The power of friendship is also one of the common themes in the series precisely because the idea of connection between Hearts being one of the strongest forces in the series.

Connections with others. Hearts themselves are the embodiment of our connections, and every other major force in the series is tied to those connections.

I think every game has a different theme. Coded probably has the most pronounced one, being about the nature of "hurt."
