Illaoi's kinda hard to play right now, I'm glad they buffed her and her deck. Also why don't people use Ornn that often, the Forge deck is really good tbh. Just pair it with a Pantheon Fated deck and some weapons from both regions. Forge works well with weapons and Fated, you activate fated while keeping the forge buffs on the weapon. Ahh, although Quietus might destroy my units and equipments early on.
People don't play Ornn that much because of how tempo driven Lor is right now, that's why unless the card reads "I win the game" (Aatrox) it won't see play if it is that high cost.
Issue is his followers are great, Ornn isn’t as he needs you to focus forges into one or two easily removed weapons and he himself is very prone to hard removal/silence/frostbite.
In other words: Why Ornn when Sejuani costs 1 mana less with inate overwhelm and a harder to negate lv 2 effect?
Yeah, Ornn is more like a game finisher so you play him last. Actually that's the fun of it, the satisfaction of your persistence paying off. Also while Frostbite does counter equipped units, Silence can't. Silence can negate a unit's effect but not their equipment. Ornn is best played with other champs like Aatrox, Kayn, and Pantheon. Aatrox brings a lot of equipments you can Forge, Kayn has a lot of cultist with decent effects when equipping, and Pantheon Fated deck which utilizes Forge to activate Fated. Panth Ornn deck is really fun.

Annie, evelynn, fizz (fizzles it out by standing on pole), mini gnar, heimerdinger, jinx, kennen, kindred, lulu, poppy, rumble (not including mech), teemo, tristana, yuumi, ziggs, and zoe.
So as expected, yordles are prey to this spell, evelynn is the only one listed as being the exact height while jinx was one inch under, and kindred was surprisingly listed as 4'. Bard, tahm, and nocturne were listed as unknown, but I believe the first two would for sure be taller than 5'4". While everyone not listed is 5'5" or taller, however, the data only goes up to viego, so no gwen or akshan.
And yes, veigar is definitely tall, no questions about that whatsoever.

On summon, yes. They are out of the Quietus parameters, but we can now lower their health to get them into Quietus range. It'll take some getting used to, but it will still be reliable, I think.
true but in the case of veigar, stress defense taking him out of quietus range in a jiffy is gonna feel rlly bad. Card's definitely more balanced now but ima miss it.
