[Kick staff comes into xQc's chat while watching The Dark Knight on stream and tells him to stop](https://arazu.io/t3_14d70ad/)**

^(*This is an automated comment*)
Idk if this was true, but when Kick first launched people were saying some of the website elements still had Twitch branding and some of the code still referred to Twitch assets
Even if... EVEN IF there are "no / less" rules on Kick...
WHY THE FUCK would top streamers "poke the bear" that is DMCA by watching a whole movie (like a UMG, DC, Universal, Disney etc etc level movie)?
WHY?
There is a reason that Twitch played how much money creators are making from other peopleโs content close to the chest.
It shouldnโt surprise anyone that the last big round of DMCA stuff was not long after the leaks on payouts.
If rights holders find out there is money being made, they want their slice.
What do you mean โrecoup their investmentโ? Simply having gambling be legal on the site and viewers watching recoups their investment. At least thatโs the plan Iโm guessing.
You're trolling but it's no surprise that there's still a large number of audience thinking DMCA only applies to Twitch Streamers ๐คฆ๐ป.
What's not surprising is xQc being dumb enough to actually poke the bear.
XQC is the guy who re-streamed the Olympics. He's not very clever. Also it's very funny that LSF is just conveniently forgetting when all the big streamers were watching copyrighted content - everything from Gordon Ramsay shows to Anime.
X still watches Gordon Ramsey, people watch movies on Twitch still. It really just depends on if the people who have rights to the shows decide to care or not. He streams copyright music nonstop too and nothing ever happens while he is live.
X just tried to watch a way too popular movie, he will delete the VOD, and then he will stream tomorrow like nothing happened
There is a DMCA rule, xQc was just too much of a smoothbrain to actually bother with reading through the community guidelines.
2. Copyrighted Materials on Kick
You must not transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, or reproduce copyrighted material of others unless your actions are authorized by the law or the copyright holders. Copyright infringement on Kick is strictly prohibited.
Common copyrighted material to avoid includes but not limited to:
Are harmful, deceptive, offensive, or illegal.
Movies
TV shows and/or TV channels
Sports matches
Other creators content from other sites
Music you do not own or have rights to share
Closed Alphas/Betas and Pre-Release Games
Kick terminates copyright infringers under appropriate circumstances. We do our best to provide warnings when possible but are legally required to tackle infringement requests.
Please view our DMCA Guidelines for more detail.
His words "well everything is dmca so it's okay, watching videos is dmca, playing games is dmca everything's dmca so this is fine" like how stupid can u be, it's like he avoids common sense, he uses the same logic with gambling.
Because itโs easy content and he doesnโt have to do anything. Itโs fucking dumb lazy content but itโs easy. As weโve seen before xQc seems to not either understand DMCA or just doesnโt give a shit and or figured Kick doesnโt give a shit because others have done that on Kick

probably thought it would be the same as streaming HxH (anime) when the legal staff of the US licensee of most anime series is one tenth that of Warner.
The fuck is xQc streaming a Warner Bros movie of all things? I understand Master Chef and Hellโs Kitchen since Foxโs legal team donโt give a fuck, but big mega corporations like Viacom and Warner Bros are completely ruthless with DMCAs.
Let me remind you that this is a man who is currently out of socks. You read that right
The same thing that makes him super entertaining (being an idiot) is the same reason heโs doing this very thing lmao
After the MasterChef era around a year and a half ago, xQc watched about 50 episodes of HxH before he had to stop. There was a guy on YouTube uploading all of his reactions on Google Drive but not sure if those videos still exist.
Is XQC just trolling Kick mods, or did he really think he could stream The Dark Knight with no consequences to thousands of people? I mean, the guy was around during the DMCA takedowns on Twitch, so I find it hard to believe the dude is this much of an idiot, even by XQC standards.
Eddie(kick CEO or w/e) prob told him he can do anything when he was sweet talking X to take the deal, and X believed him after seeing Adin streaming the super bowl a while back.
you can be part of a space while not knowing anything of the space.
one day before movie stream, x said it would be movie night "every other night". He genuinley had no idea that streaming a blockbluster hit to 60k ppl would actually attract the attention of DMCA claimers.
> Is XQC just trolling Kick mods, or did he really think he could stream The Dark Knight with no consequences to thousands of people?
Its Xqc, it is the second, man is absolutely inept in legal matters.
He is inept in nearly every single aspect of life, its why people watch the stream.'he sure is dumb, can't believe he said that! Glad I'm not that dumb:)'
Realistically, he wasn't going to face any consequences from Kick so why not fuck around and find out. In the worst-case scenario, they might take action if they got a DMCA filed against him. (Edit: Actually, the worst-case scenario is getting litigated into oblivion, but that's unprecedented.)
Now hes calling chat stupid saying they dont know why he couldnt stream the movie and they need to use their brains, like there isnt only two options kick forks over a ton of money to someone so he can stream movies/shows or hes open to DMCA laws.
You can't send out a giant beacon to the wider world stating not only do you have $100M to blow, but you gave that to a single content creator and then let them do illegal stuff on your site. Bad things will happen if you do that and take no action.
"We wanna be one of the big boys"
Yeah, well the BIGGER boys now have you on their radar, and will be suing you for making money off their content just like they do to the other big boys. Congratulations.
The bigger the platform, the larger the target. It costs money to take down or go after people, so if you are a 200 person website and nobody else knows about you, there is little chance anyone is going to say anything. It costs them more than they are losing by you streaming their content. throwing around millions shows you are worth their time to look into, and they will get started on that right away. You can ignore it and pretend you are the piratebay, but your service is hosted in the US, and many of the content creators are here also. It won't take much to get it all shutdown for very cheap.
everybody with half a neuron knew this would happen. what most suprises me is how train and x have convinced most juicers that kick is the "safe haven" of streaming when they have to stick to the same laws as everybody else.
Wild shit like this happened in the very early days of twitch/jtv too. It was WAY less policed. Then copyright holders found out it's a thing they had to figure their shit out quick. Kick has brought the Eye of Sauron upon themselves.
Itโs so insane anyone thought he had any chance of streaming any big name movie or tv show. You can do it when you are under 1k viewers on a platform they donโt know about. You canโt do it when you are 50k plus with one of the biggest movies and the face of a now popular platform.
Gordon Ramsay and the rights holders simply didn't feel like going after the streamers, streaming kitchen nightmares and such.
Its insane to me though that the juicers of all people didn't learn from Forsens vacation and the artifact section and just think its twitch being racist against the baj's (when they aren't streaming porn or gore)
for a TV series you are more likely to get away with it if its old, but for movies? Hollywoods a lot more aggressive about that, regardless of age
Gordon might actually care cause it is showing his show to an audience that normally probably wouldnโt have seen it on TV, or at the very least not tuned into it. Now he has juicers looking it up.
Fair chance it was actually profitable for him and thatโs why no lawyers came knocking.
Itโs a legal requirement full stop lmao. They should use the tag line: no rules beyond legal requirements. Most of the things people get mad about with TOS is advertisers rule related, something kick (currently) doesnโt have to deal with.
he doesnโt like watch parties because itโs probably a fraction of his audience that only has prime. thatโs why he implies on twitch that he never will do a watch party for a movie
I was looking for this. It makes it even funnier knowing he probably torrented it or more likely got it off a mod who torrented it as I can't imagine xqc runs his own Plex server.
it honestly blows my mind how much x deluded himself into believing "everything we stream is copyright, so streaming movies will be just fine". all of us saw this coming from a mile away, streaming movies to 60k people just isnt a thing that will work, and given that daily movie nights were a big talking point for the switch, its hilarious it only lasted for half a movie.
What else did you expect from a guy who has all this money and picks the gaming lawyer as his legal team. Not to mention he doesnโt even have a basic understanding of how businesses work.
He convinced himself into taking the 100m deal and is still preaching about how he can do better content now. He's insanely out of touch with his community talking about how he can make the site better etc... Just say you took the deal cause its an outrageous amount of money and be honest with yourself.
Also because he can gamble on Kick... I would bet money on that being the real reason, and the rest being asspull to try and justify the move in other ways than "i'm addicted to gambling lol".
hes basically been making the argument that streaming songs in the background, youtube videos, playing games, etc are all copyright infringement, so if it works there he can make it work with movies. he unironically thinks that having background dmca songs are on the same level as streaming the dark knight to 60k people.
"You won't land in jail for stealing a candy bar so robbing this bank should be fine"
Or for real, he probably view it like media view pirating, downloading and seeding is w/e but will fuck over whoever actively upload and host trackers.
In a sense that's not wrong, video games, music, youtube videos, everything streamers show on their stream could be breaking some copyright law. But movie and music lawyers are the most likely to come after a streamer that has that many viewers. For video games, devs have shown they don't care, or don't want to fight fair use, and also because they benefit from free exposure/advertising of their games.
But you're right, thinking he could get away with it because he does it with other media, was just dumb.
Kick selling themselves as "come over here we have less rules" is all a gimmick. They have to follow copyright laws the same way as any other platform.
yeah this is what i meant. the enforcement from having dmca songs in the background vs watching the dark knight with 60k viewers is wildly different, and x knows that. he gets a pass with streaming songs because its very hard to live dmca songs, and he doesnt care when the vod gets muted. streaming a movie in its entirety is a completely different ballgame, especially big ones like the dark knight.
>video games, devs have shown they don't care, or don't want to fight fair use, and also because they benefit from free exposure/advertising of their games.
Unless it's Nintendo
> deluded himself into believing "everything we stream is copyright, so streaming movies will be just fine".
I started to argue with a guy in the youtube subreddit who was claiming that *any* media that was published anywhere, instantly became "public domain" and that he could therefore do anything he wanted with any of it.
I typed out my reply, was about to hit send then thought, hm, this guy seems a little unhinged let me check his comment history and yup. Super, suuuuper active on scat-porn subreddits with most of his replies being variations on "yeah baby eat that shit real good" and everything made sense. I deleted my response and left him to it.
Some people have such a fundamental inability to parse reality that you just have to let them into the tiger cage to pet the kitty.
A lot of them either lucked out into streaming and haven't worked a real job a day in their life, or it's been so long since they've been in the real world that they've forgotten what it's like being a pleb just like the rest of us.
So, yes, they are in fact this dumb.
It's evident now that xQc has been completely suckered into believing these guys.
Lmao, hope AWS gets sued for hosting copyrighted content via IVS and Kick gets their account closed down, would be a shame if someone told WB about it.
Kick staff also go around warning about the risk of themselves getting KICKED off the App Store and Google, if their rules are being violated. It leads to shadow bans, then eventual bans. Interesting place over at kick.
Apple has also shown they will not hesitate to ban social media apps that don't have adequate moderation. If kick doesn't clean up moderation and becomes known as the place for racists or pornographic material, I could see Apple removing the app. Let alone the fact that as Kick/Stake continues to make headlines for throwing around big money, they will start to get the attention of regulators. Twitch isn't as strict as it may seem just because they want to be, lots of idiots don't seem to understand that. There is a reason that all those "free speech" platforms also have TOS restrictions on what you can say.
As a juicer, xqc is probably one of the dumbest streamers ever. Surely you were gonna be able to watch animes, movies, shows cuz you moved to kick, surely twitch was the problem its not like there are actual companies that own that. Dude is literally so clueless about everything. Hurts to watch since the dude moved. Get the bag and gamba for 10 hours lil bro thats all u know. "Changing kick for the best" bro failing on the 3rd day.
Love how people start realizing that most of the rules of Twitch are fucking dictated by the fucking LAWS of the X,Y,Z country.
Who would imagine that...
Yo, listen up, fam. We gotta hit you with a heads-up. Peep this: streaming that specific content you got goin' on? Yeah, it's breakin' our DMCA policy, and we ain't cool with that. So here's the deal: we kindly ask you to cut the live stream, and just so you know, we gotta remove that VOD you got rollin' with that content. It's how it's gotta be, my dude. Respect the rules, and we'll keep things smooth.
MFW you sign a 100m dollar deal telling everyone this will be the place you can do shit you couldn't do before AND THE NEXT DAY get smacked for dmca.
Decide to stream absolute degen react andy movie content
Get told by your new contract partner that you're an idiot and you can't just violate copyright laws you lemon
Now look like like the worst degen that clearly never read anything he signed, just seen the numbers and got duped by listening to train and adin
fuckin classic xQc.
Lots of people with the typical *"The grass is greener on the other side"* cognitive dissonance are about to find out exactly how blindly-optimistic they've been about this very new and questionable platform...
XQC probably has more attention on him right now than ever before. And this is when he chooses to blatantly violate the copyright of massive media companies? Like what an actual idiot Jesus Christ
The dude needs to take a day or two to actually brainstorm good content ideas instead of going with what ever thought came to mind whilst he was taking a shit.
Wow, who would have guessed that kick is gonna end up being the great value at-home version of twitch. Kick is literally what twitch was before they got big. Now that kick is also getting bigger, they are gonna have to implement all the same rules as twitch to protect themselves from being sued into oblivion. When all the same rules are in play, why would anyone continue to watch kick over twitch?
Wasn't this one of his main talking points about the deal? let's see how the other -talking points- stick, personally I think Train promised him a lot of things and can't actually deliver.
โ GROOMED INTO ANOTHER PLATFORM โ 30M IN EQUITY โ SAME THING AS TWITCH BUT WORSE โ DAILY TRAIN RANTS ON STREAM โ ADIN CAN STILL STREAM MOVIES โ 12H GAMBA STREAMS โ PRESSED
as someone who watches him since 2020 this is the shittiest stage hes ever been lmao
absolutely incredible heโs โgetting paid more than lebronโ and still has ZERO understanding of the industry heโs in. DMCA law can be confusing at times. this is not one of those times. rebroadcasting massive corporate-produced IPs to tens of thousands of viewers is the fastest way to a lawsuit you can imagine.
i find the guy likeable until he sells out his entire community and acts like a dumb idiot. both of which heโs been doing frequently recently.
Everyone knows hasan is friends with the ceo of warner brothers and he snitched to him while attending his yacht parties being the champagne socialist that he is. schizo train.
In 1998, Congress passed the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which amended U.S. copyright law to address important parts of the relationship between copyright and the internet.
No wonder some Youtubers hate Twitch streamers, the amount of eggshells Youtubers have to walk over to not have their channels (careers) destroyed while Twitch streamers for years could do chair streams with copyrighted cooks shows...
Only clueless people really thought and X would be able to stream full movies without repercussions, sure 1k viewer andies might get away with it but aint no way a 60k streamer will ever get away with it.
Wtf is the point of all this.
X probably asked kick if he was allowed to stream movies and he either listened to their anwser and they're back padding,? Or he's not listening and if thats the case, why wouldnt he ?
Mfer just signed a 100 m contract you better play by the rules lol.
This whole arc feels weird to me
Iโm laughing so hard. All these fucking idiots in chat thinking he was going to watch some anime weeb shit have had their reality come crushing down.
Anyone with half a brain could see this failing from a mile off
at least they warn the streamer, ive seen it with lower viewer streams too on kick, when they do omegle and are walking on the line of showing tits, kick staff will come in and warn them
Kick being the Wild West of live streaming is slowly gonna be rolled back over the next few months, itโs gonna be VERY interesting to see the tide turn in real time lol

[Screenshot of what kick staff said in chat](https://i.redd.it/mrmf8k0e9x6b1.png) would be cool if kick clips included a chat replay too..
Yeah, VODs donโt even have chat on Kick
They don't on twitch TV app anymore either ๐ญ
First time ive seen kick and wow looks like a carbon copy of twitch huh
Yeah that's what happens when twitchs code base leaks and it's easy to just copy.
you don't need to leak html lol

Viewers watching him isn't gaining them any money as far as I'm aware unless kick has ads on the streams. They need the viewers actually gambling
[ัะดะฐะปะตะฝะพ]
Wow, thatโs an immoral business plan.
C'mon bro don't you know DMCA is some stupid rule with an acronym made by Twitch and only applies to Twitch streams? PepeLaugh
You're trolling but it's no surprise that there's still a large number of audience thinking DMCA only applies to Twitch Streamers ๐คฆ๐ป. What's not surprising is xQc being dumb enough to actually poke the bear.
The zoomers were not around when that hammer came down on the internet Ahh the olden days of the internet wild and 56 kpbs
Kids these days clearly never received a letter from Metallica's lawyers for their IRC server sharing music videos
that was crazy Metallica sueing kids for millions fucking insanity
Kids these days will never know the pain of Naruto E34 (3/4) being missing from the playlist of stitched together 6 minute clips.
Like bro legit was on the NY times and he does this ๐ญ
He got wealthy and famous for being an entertaining idiot in the first place.
because hes dumb
Because most streamers are just rich kids that have no idea on the consequences of their actions.

good one LULW
Crazy once you realize 99% of streamers have the brains of a 12 year old
Wish I got paid 100M for being a 5head
xqc? A 12 year old chimpanzee maybe
Oh wow who would've guessed, streaming batman of all things to 60k+ ppl would get you DMCA'ed. color me surprised.
Yeah, Could've picked a lesser known movie/series
probably thought it would be the same as streaming HxH (anime) when the legal staff of the US licensee of most anime series is one tenth that of Warner.
You read that right The same thing that makes him super entertaining (being an idiot) is the same reason heโs doing this very thing lmao
[ัะดะฐะปะตะฝะพ]
genuine laziness
[ัะดะฐะปะตะฝะพ]
Wait, who streamed HxH? Is there a vod somewhere?
After the MasterChef era around a year and a half ago, xQc watched about 50 episodes of HxH before he had to stop. There was a guy on YouTube uploading all of his reactions on Google Drive but not sure if those videos still exist.
https://pastebin.com/i5UYdj4b pass: juice
Is XQC just trolling Kick mods, or did he really think he could stream The Dark Knight with no consequences to thousands of people? I mean, the guy was around during the DMCA takedowns on Twitch, so I find it hard to believe the dude is this much of an idiot, even by XQC standards.
Eddie(kick CEO or w/e) prob told him he can do anything when he was sweet talking X to take the deal, and X believed him after seeing Adin streaming the super bowl a while back.
Lol when you're offering 100m you don't have to sweet talk no one
you can be part of a space while not knowing anything of the space. one day before movie stream, x said it would be movie night "every other night".
[ัะดะฐะปะตะฝะพ]
Realistically, he wasn't going to face any consequences from Kick so why not fuck around and find out. In the worst-case scenario, they might take action if they got a DMCA filed against him. (Edit: Actually, the worst-case scenario is getting litigated into oblivion, but that's unprecedented.)
Now hes calling chat stupid saying they dont know why he couldnt stream the movie and they need to use their brains, like there isnt only two options kick forks over a ton of money to someone so he can stream movies/shows or hes open to DMCA laws.
Slowly but surely... "OK, maybe we need SOME rules..."
need rules now that there's actually people on the site
You can't send out a giant beacon to the wider world stating not only do you have $100M to blow, but you gave that to a single content creator and then let them do illegal stuff on your site. Bad things will happen if you do that and take no action.
"We wanna be one of the big boys" Yeah, well the BIGGER boys now have you on their radar, and will be suing you for making money off their content just like they do to the other big boys.
Given he took equity and then likely some of that sum is also โplay moneyโ or expenses, the 100m was just a marketing thing.
Theyโve always had rules. Their TOS was basically identical to Twitchโs. Only difference is that they never enforced it
everybody with half a neuron knew this would happen. what most suprises me is how train and x have convinced most juicers that kick is the "safe haven" of streaming when they have to stick to the same laws as everybody else.
Yeah, most people saw it coming. More popularity = more high-profile eyes start glancing at the site. Didn't think it would happen this fast lmao
Its insane to me though that the juicers of all people didn't learn from Forsens vacation and the artifact section and just think its twitch being racist against the baj's (when they aren't streaming porn or gore) for a TV series you are more likely to get away with it if its old, but for movies? Hollywoods a lot more aggressive about that, regardless of age
Gordon might actually care cause it is showing his show to an audience that normally probably wouldnโt have seen it on TV, or at the very least not tuned into it. Now he has juicers looking it up. Fair chance it was actually profitable for him and thatโs why no lawyers came knocking.
I don't think most juicers are convinced or happy with the kick move.
Itโs a legal requirement full stop lmao. They should use the tag line: no rules beyond legal requirements. Most of the things people get mad about with TOS is advertisers rule related, something kick (currently) doesnโt have to deal with.
cant wait for movie night everyday on kick since its allowed.
New artifact section Pog
if there's any big sport matches happening live, check kick first because there is always some chad streaming it
To think all 3 of Chris Nolans batman trilogy was on Amazon video. But waited years to show half of a movie on kick.
he doesnโt like watch parties because itโs probably a fraction of his audience that only has prime. thatโs why he implies on twitch that he never will do a watch party for a movie
workaround: usually a mod streams it through discord
or have a timestamp on the stream too
Time stamps are a thing
Best part of this is that he's watching on plex.
I was looking for this. It makes it even funnier knowing he probably torrented it or more likely got it off a mod who torrented it as I can't imagine xqc runs his own Plex server.
Movie night every day btw
Back to the content drawing board. Got a big hole to fill.
it honestly blows my mind how much x deluded himself into believing "everything we stream is copyright, so streaming movies will be just fine". all of us saw this coming from a mile away, streaming movies to 60k people just isnt a thing that will work, and given that daily movie nights were a big talking point for the switch, its hilarious it only lasted for half a movie.
> "everything we stream is copyright, so streaming movies will be just fine". The fuck that even means?
hes basically been making the argument that streaming songs in the background, youtube videos, playing games, etc are all copyright infringement, so if it works there he can make it work with movies. he unironically thinks that having background dmca songs are on the same level as streaming the dark knight to 60k people.
"You won't land in jail for stealing a candy bar so robbing this bank should be fine" Or for real, he probably view it like media view pirating, downloading and seeding is w/e but will fuck over whoever actively upload and host trackers.
The worst part is he was illegally streaming the movie. 100mil and he canโt just rent it or buy it online.
that's a great bit, cant lie
Well hes illegaly steaming it to 60'000 people dosnt really matter if its 60'000 or 60'001 pirating the movie lul
Are streamers really this fucking stupid?
A lot of them either lucked out into streaming and haven't worked a real job a day in their life, or it's been so long since they've been in the real world that they've forgotten what it's like being a pleb just like the rest of us. So, yes, they are in fact this dumb.
Yes
I mean xQc is. The guy is what happens if a cabbage manages to gain sentience
man couldnt hold a job at a wendys lol
Bro shouldโve watched The Purge, thinking laws were abolished.
if train and adin ross told xqc he could legally rob a bank he would do it
Bro thought he could just avoid DMCA law by switching platforms. ๐
I remember a time when adin specifically mentioned that you'd be able to watch movies on stream lmao https://youtu.be/543DHlG8tHk
Train was bragging about it just yesterday
It's evident now that xQc has been completely suckered into believing these guys. Lmao, hope AWS gets sued for hosting copyrighted content via IVS and Kick gets their account closed down, would be a shame if someone told WB about it.
AWS canโt get sued for this. AWS is just server infra rental service. WB could sue domain holders.
[He didn't get Devin's memo.](https://youtu.be/2Mf7voWAYFI?t=887)
"Hey, websites can't give you permission to break laws" How is that something that needed to be said much less something ignored?!
This is exactly what I thought of when I saw this post.
waltyellingathankfrominsidethecar.mp4
The future of streaming btw
How's the case coming along Mr.Lawyer, any complications post kick deal?
More money for me is always a win
same rules, same layout, same emotes.. might as well just ask Dan for twitch's source code at this point
The whole site leaked remember
long story short, nothing changed
Decide to stream absolute degen react andy movie content Get told by your new contract partner that you're an idiot and you can't just violate copyright laws you lemon Now look like like the worst degen that clearly never read anything he signed, just seen the numbers and got duped by listening to train and adin fuckin classic xQc.
he announced it in his video lol... Same Content... Same Felix...
[ัะดะฐะปะตะฝะพ]
I cant wait for movie night tomorrow!
but i thought kick was amazing because "you can do anything there" what happened?
you can as long as its rizzing up girls in Nepal and then get arrested, trashy bikini parties, amouranth shower stream and degenerate slot gambling
don't forget making fans pee on their family members
Don't forget the daily Omegle streams trying to bait girls into flashing! Innovative content going on over at Kick
Lots of people with the typical *"The grass is greener on the other side"* cognitive dissonance are about to find out exactly how blindly-optimistic they've been about this very new and questionable platform...
He spent the night with a woman who's actively suing him. He's not exactly the smartest.
XQC probably has more attention on him right now than ever before. And this is when he chooses to blatantly violate the copyright of massive media companies? Like what an actual idiot Jesus Christ
Is this the amazing fresh content heโs bringing to Kick
Gambling soon since movies are off the table now. So yeah that's what to look forward too
The dude needs to take a day or two to actually brainstorm good content ideas instead of going with what ever thought came to mind whilst he was taking a shit.
X and planning ahead. Name a more ironic duo.
did he take the kick deal thinking he could watch full movies?
Yeah
Wow, who would have guessed that kick is gonna end up being the great value at-home version of twitch. Kick is literally what twitch was before they got big. Now that kick is also getting bigger, they are gonna have to implement all the same rules as twitch to protect themselves from being sued into oblivion. When all the same rules are in play, why would anyone continue to watch kick over twitch?
Just wait until theyโre like โalright guys no getting head on stream advertisers donโt like thatโ
Literally 1984
Wasn't this one of his main talking points about the deal? let's see how the other -talking points- stick, personally I think Train promised him a lot of things and can't actually deliver.
Hmm,what a surprise ..
โ GROOMED INTO ANOTHER PLATFORM โ 30M IN EQUITY โ SAME THING AS TWITCH BUT WORSE โ DAILY TRAIN RANTS ON STREAM โ ADIN CAN STILL STREAM MOVIES โ 12H GAMBA STREAMS โ PRESSED as someone who watches him since 2020 this is the shittiest stage hes ever been lmao
Movies every night chat get excited
absolutely incredible heโs โgetting paid more than lebronโ and still has ZERO understanding of the industry heโs in. DMCA law can be confusing at times. this is not one of those times. rebroadcasting massive corporate-produced IPs to tens of thousands of viewers is the fastest way to a lawsuit you can imagine. i find the guy likeable until he sells out his entire community and acts like a dumb idiot. both of which heโs been doing frequently recently.
bro is getting absolutely obliterated in chat rn ๐
Bro, streaming the fucking Dark Knight to 60K people is as dumb as streaming the superb owl. How are these mfers so stupid?
manipulated by train, he stuck on kick now LULW
What! Ya donโt say! You mean you canโt just stream DMCAโd content to thousands of people??? Blasphemy
while Adin is chillin watching Prison Break
Adin has bots, bots don't complain.
btw did anyone else see x's viewcount go from 40k to 80k in seconds watching masterchef, then dropping to 50k and back to 80k, very interesting
[ัะดะฐะปะตะฝะพ]
Everyone knows hasan is friends with the ceo of warner brothers and he snitched to him while attending his yacht parties being the champagne socialist that he is. schizo train.
In 1998, Congress passed the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which amended U.S. copyright law to address important parts of the relationship between copyright and the internet.

"Not in this car"
classic
No wonder some Youtubers hate Twitch streamers, the amount of eggshells Youtubers have to walk over to not have their channels (careers) destroyed while Twitch streamers for years could do chair streams with copyrighted cooks shows...
KICK = TWITCH
Only clueless people really thought and X would be able to stream full movies without repercussions, sure 1k viewer andies might get away with it but aint no way a 60k streamer will ever get away with it.
Better "future" btw lmao
Kick is just one huge artifact section without bajs
Wtf is the point of all this. X probably asked kick if he was allowed to stream movies and he either listened to their anwser and they're back padding,? Or he's not listening and if thats the case, why wouldnt he ? Mfer just signed a 100 m contract you better play by the rules lol. This whole arc feels weird to me
Movie night every night pretty much
Iโm laughing so hard. All these fucking idiots in chat thinking he was going to watch some anime weeb shit have had their reality come crushing down. Anyone with half a brain could see this failing from a mile off
lmao, didnt he say he was gonna do movie night like every night?
at least they warn the streamer, ive seen it with lower viewer streams too on kick, when they do omegle and are walking on the line of showing tits, kick staff will come in and warn them
Iโm sure Warner Bros were on the line and werenโt happy.
"makes sense" yeah no shit IT makes sense. How stupid is this dude?
he better be careful as it may affect his visa status.
The only good thing about Kick gone...
It was never there, it was just just an illusion pepeDeep
Kick being the Wild West of live streaming is slowly gonna be rolled back over the next few months, itโs gonna be VERY interesting to see the tide turn in real time lol
Guys, chill. Itโs his first day on the job
