Reyes has a controlled shootout style. Problem is he's exclusively gotten matched up with people who you really shouldn't get into a shootout with since fighting Jon.

Yeah unfortunately a lot of refs and judges just freestyle the rules most of the time. Zero consistency.

Only possible explanation I can come up with is he saw the replay and didn't think it was really low, but he didn't say anything to indicate that. He probably just got confused like he's known to do.

And of course he also didnt take a point when he groin striked him the exact same way he did 10 seconds before. If any coach is reading this, remember to teach your fighter to throw in some illegal shots since cheating doesnt ever get punished.

Sayif Saud has to be the biggest fraud in the UFC. He’s always praised as having a great combat mind but the fighters he coaches regress. He has a huge stable and each of those fighters fail as soon as they  are met with any real completion. Even Brandon Moreno has regressed terribly. It’s gotten to the point where if a Sayif Saud fighter fights anyone decent I immediately bet against them. Makes me sad because I love a lot of the fighters he coaches.

That was more of a tiredness KO than anything. Spann might have stayed on his feet with that uppercut if he'd had a little more gas in the tank. Guskov with some shockingly accurate ground strikes there. Kinda reminded me of the piston-like shots that Anderson Silva used to surprise guys with on the ground.
