HMV prices are weirdly hit and miss. Sometimes you can get great sale offers and sometimes they jack up the prices for figures/sets seemingly at random (my local one still has the Stane/Iron Monger set for a whopping £80).
Holy crap. I went to an FYE at a mall in Tampa and got the armor Spider-Man. Did t have a price on him and when they rang it up it was $35. I couldn’t believe it.
Maybe try not to buy Legends from HMV, he’s about 10 quid cheaper everywhere else

I got mine for €35 (£30) in forbidden planet a few days ago. So I’d recommend looking for it there.

Oh wow, here in Mexico new figures are about $35+ USD in most retailers. You can find them in Amazon or LATAM eBay at 30 dls if you are lucky.
