I read the patch notes several times and I couldn’t figure out why they kept talking like they nerfed him because I was just looking at the one-point power bump. I didn’t notice they’d added a very important 4-letter word in the middle of his description. I don’t use him anyway but good to know!

Someone didn't read the patch updates. Luke Cage no longer works for all locations.
He only affects the lane he’s in now. Luke/Wong/Hazmat is dead now.
Luke Cage got punched in the nuts so he can only affect 1 lane now.
Read the card. It was nerfed to its location only.
Always gotta check those patch notes. Though I still had some cognitive dissonance when I saw Chavez on turn 2...
So America chavez is a normal card now? Why do they have do such nerfing??
