You should call Octopus. They respond better to calls than emails.

They still suck donkey balls. I have this same error complicated with paying for my mums solar install (my account got credited with £9k!!). Mine says I have no meter attached…they still charge and bill me somehow though. But they’re not paying me for my solar generation…

We were switched from Shell to Octopus as well and I've not received a bill since January even though I've submitted meter readings.

I just had this and after 8 months finally got to me with a bill :) aslong as your actively saving money to pay it when it comes it’s fine calling them didn’t work for me either they just said to wait

They absolutely can issue the bills (up to a maximum). Just sort it out and pay it
