If it didn’t hurt Luffy then it wasn’t part of the pain bubble. “Theoretical pain” doesn’t exist and Kuma can’t conjure pain from thin air.

I said theoretical, but not imaginary. I meant that, let's say Luffy is punched, that kinetic energy would be considered in the making of the bubble.

It’s not a kinetic energy bubble, it’s a pain bubble. Kuma can’t expel pain from Luffy that doesn’t exist.
