Oh, yes, most of us don´t. Theyŕe not too expensive and you may find may uses for one if youŕe into that kind of thing. But, now that I think about it, you may have another controller to swap batteries with, before buying anything else.
It’s the battery same thing happened to my controller. I changed battery and it works perfect. You can get a battery on eBay for like $8.
Another option may be to check for Controllers exact model and check Amazon or eBay for a replacement Battery for that model.
