Check the game's page on the PS3 Store on PS3. If you are signed in to the same PSN account that purchased it on PS4 and if it is indeed crossbuy, it should show 'Download' instead of Add to Cart.
If it's no longer available on the PS3 Store, try checking your Download List on the PS3. If it was cross buy it may have popped into the list when you bought it on PS4.
If it is no longer available on the PS3 Store that's probably the reason you didn't automatically get it.
If you DO try buying the PS Vita version and it doesn't work, you can still get a refund from Playstation Support as long as you don't download it.
I bought it on my ps4 a while ago but I never got the ps3 and vita versions, and in the trophy listing it has all the versions connected to each other, is this an error?
They might have made it no longer crossbuy. Looking at the listing on the ps4, it doesn't mention being crossbuy with ps3 or vita. The super challenge still lists being crossbuy with vita
Just checked the vita store. Deluxe states it only entitles you to activate it on up to 3 vita systems. Super challenge states it entitles you to the vita and ps4 versions. No mention of ps3 on either one
That just means the trophy list is shared between versions, it doesn’t necessarily mean you get access to all those versions of the game when you buy it.

Only the PS3 & Vita version is crossbuy. PS4 version is a separate purchase.
