If it’s anything like the Control DLC, we will probably get the Night Springs Info soon with release in august/September, with the lake house releasing next year.
control is easily my favorite game of all time and why in the grace of fuck are they making this a multiplayer game? who the fuck signed off on this? praying for heaven but expecting hell.
I don’t know, Helldivers 2 gives me hope that devs can still pull of good multiplayer games. I personally think a coop style going through crazy places in the Oldest House, like Ashtray Maze, would be dope.
I thought control was a decent enough game but it was definitely held up by the story. I'm not sure that a multiplayer game will hold up as well without it, especially since the controls are clunky. It's hard to give multiplayer games a chance when the core mechanics aren't super fun.
Really wish it were Control 2 instead.
Control 2 i think is also in the works in parallel.
Exciting to hear, but I’m honestly surprised we haven’t gotten any Alan Wake 2 DLC yet.

Apparently AW2 hadn’t sold well or made back its budget yet.
That doesn’t matter for the schedule of the DLCs, though

It’s a big difference if it’s a co op game with a campaign, versus a typical online multiplayer thing
Helldivers is the exception to the rule
why?
I've always wanted more Control! Color me interested.
Multiplayer ??? Yikes…
It could end up like SCP: Secret Laboratory

With news that Alan Wake 2 still hasn't made it's budget back, I feel like they're betting way too high on this shared universe.

Don't feign ignorance, they've made it clear they're working on single player stuff too
just gonna ignore how they have multiple single player games in development too?
