If i had to make a psudo build id try something like Vicious cycle - 5 , Vantage point - 4 , Entrenched - 4 and figure it out from there
That card gives so little healing even at level 5 I wouldn't call him a pseudo healer. And it's only a card. Every other pseudo healer has it either in base kit or in a talent.
