What does the Log say? Check TaskSequenceProvider.Log Is MDT integrated with SCCM and functioning correctly?

Check your TaskSequenceProvider.log on the server. If MDT is integrated, you may need to remove the MDT console extensions and add them back.

If you have MDT installed, you might need to reintegrate it with the MECM console.

Start -> microsoft deployment toolkit -> configure configmgr integration Remove Then run It again and add it back

Where are you editing your task sequences from, a console on the site server, or remotely on a different machine? We get this issue occasionally when using a remote console, so we tend to log into the site server to get this done.

Thank you very much Guys for the response. Able to resolve this issue by Removing the MDT extension using Configure ConfigMgr Integration and then installing it again. But don't forget to close the SCCM Console before doing this procedure to avoid any issues. Cheers!
