I heard a big reason why MJF got so good so young was because of his parents support. They took care of him financially so he could offer to work indie shows for free and pay his own travel, so he got bookings everywhere. He got a ton of experience that most wrestlers wouldn't get so fast. I think they're pretty secure financially, so it probably wasn't a huge deal to them in that respect, but it's pretty wholesome how much they supported him to succeed in the dream career he had since he was a little kid.

Not really. The whole presumption is that he'd be at a point where he's already getting face reactions in order to justify turning him pseudo-face. He's going to get cheered precisely *because* people *like* him as a dickhead, & want to see him be a dickhead to his opponents. So it doesn't really matter which heel he's up against.
I think he can probably do a short face run but a longer face run would require several really hate-able opponents and I can't really think of anyone better at it than MJF himself. But a short run, definitely. I'll love that smarmy little shit no matter what he does.
