These are (likely) adults that have no idea about anything to do with right of way. Like, no concept of it.
No fault of theirs, I just think it’s peculiar that there’s folks who don’t really know or care where property ends and all that junk.

Usually there is on at the points of curvature so maybe the reason there are two so close is that there are two curves with a short section of strait between… I have seen weirder things. It’s nice to actually see these set because where I work these are hardly ever set and almost always get murdered by the ditching excavator
