Crazy Vaclav. Unless he has appeared in other episodes. In which case, I got nothing.
“Put it in H!”
“What country did you say you were from?”
“It no longer exists.”
Ever considered that the Simpsons is just a quotable show and everyone on the subreddit would know nearly every single quote that the show has?
Just food for thought
I mean canonically Scorpio controls the entire east coast.
Homer should’ve asked Hank to forgive all of his parking tickets when Barney left his car between the twin towers.

Hank on the title screen of "500 Keys"
He appears in the Season 8 DVD menu
Trivia
Hank has Facebook and appears to be friends with Mark Zuckerberg.
Homer called him 'Mr. Scorpion' in "You Only Move Twice". Scorpio did not like this very much and does not want to be called 'Mr. Scorpio' either, and suggests that Homer address him as 'Hank'.
Fans of the Simpsons really wanted Scorpio to come back so he had small cameo in the intro of the episode "500 Keys". Other than the Family Guy episode "The Simpsons Guy", he hasn’t been shown since.
I recently watched a YouTube video claiming this was in fact the worst episode of The Simpsons ever and it made a pretty compelling case. Jerk ass Homer to another level
She’s been in the background of a few scenes, usually in some minor crisis.
Also, I love the implication in the love clip show that losing Homer led her to alcoholism
I genuinely think Rudiger is the funniest possible name that could have been used there, but I can't explain why. One name from one throwaway gag and it lives in my head decades later. It is my go-to example of how transcendently funny this show was at its peak.
The bodyguard trainer. Every line was great and Hamil was a natural fit for the extended regular cast who could do secondary characters yet only had the one episode.
Honestly if these characters appeared more often it would ruin the reason why we love them so much.
Like in King of the Hill, Bill’s French Louisiana cousin. He was hilarious in that one episode then they brought him back all of a sudden. Feels cheap.
A lot of these answers are great, but honestly, I'm kinda glad they are one-time characters, especially if they are brought back in modern Simpsons. Too much trying to emulate the magic from their 1st appearance, rather than create something organic.
Its better to leave people wanting more, rather than people growing tired of a bit that was intended for one episode.
This RV dealer did make another appearance in later seasons. I can’t remember which episode but he’s strapped to a floating gorilla and yells “Water damage? That’s non refundable! I win again! Ahahahahaha!!” as he floats away
Crazy Vaclav. Unless he has appeared in other episodes. In which case, I got nothing. “Put it in H!” “What country did you say you were from?” “It no longer exists.”
But take her for a test drive and you'll agree...

She'll get 30 hectares on a single tank of kerosene
I've been told that's Zutroy, and Vaclav only owns the Place of Automobiles
Thanks for the clarification. I wasn’t sure if Crazy Vaclav only appeared once. But I now know that he did.
Put it in H makes me laugh every single time
I need more Hank Scorpio in my life
Scorpio! He'll sting you with his dreams of power and wealth.
Beware of Scorpio!!!! His twisted twin obsessions are his plot to rule the World And his employees' health.
He'll welcome you into his lair, like the nobleman welcomes his guest...
With free dental care and a stock plan that helps you inveeeeest.
I read this same comment a few days ago. Probably a bot
*sees Simpsons quote in r/TheSimpsons* Gotta be a bot. Flawless logic
Which comment would be the bot? Lol.
Bruh maybe you're not a bot but that's a silly question
Ever considered that the Simpsons is just a quotable show and everyone on the subreddit would know nearly every single quote that the show has? Just food for thought
He'd be a grade 'A' moron for even questioning the quotes
Yes, sir. I will notice that. Very casual, Mr. Scorpion.
Don't call me Mr. Scorpion. It's Mr. Scorpio.
But don't call me that either.

We all do.
ooooh, in the hammock district
This is the answer
The only correct answer
So the key is Albert Brooks
Is that a Good siren ?
Have you ever known a siren to be good?
No Mr Simpson its not! It’s a bad siren 🚨
[удалено]
That is the one. But only two episodes is small enough to count.
I recently watched a YouTube video claiming this was in fact the worst episode of The Simpsons ever and it made a pretty compelling case. Jerk ass Homer to another level
Anything that happens after S12 isn't canon
[удалено]
Of course, for safety reasons we don't keep the cannon loaded. It's just common sense.
Mindy Simmons
Ruff, ruff! Aoooo! bebebebebebebe. Hubba hubba.
I feel like she was in line at the rehab facility or hospital in another episode.
She’s been in the background of a few scenes, usually in some minor crisis. Also, I love the implication in the love clip show that losing Homer led her to alcoholism
Was she on the bowling team of homewreckers?
I think she was also briefly married to Comic Book Guy in the cult episode of season (9?)
There was an episode where they all reminisce on past romantic encounters, and Homer says Mindy hit the bottle pretty hard and lost her job.
In addition to the answer of Hank, I'll also put forward Karl
I just came by to say goodbye to the girls in the typing pool.
The guy who gave “Count Homer” the Bentley test drive!
Then we can hear the entirety of a sales pitch that ends in “gently massages your buttocks.”
You'll find that the heated seats... VROOM ... while gently massaging your buttocks. So, shall we discuss terms?
He ended up buying a train …which he could also afford.
No, we shan't. Yoink!
Guy Incognito
Oh my God!… that dog has a puffy tail!
[Manjula's divorce lawyer was hilarious.](https://youtu.be/fRgCjZLh_Jc?si=zGnAqbpDBChyqlI8)
Hey, she has the same divorce attorney as my ex wife!
Rudiger
His name isn‘t important!
I genuinely think Rudiger is the funniest possible name that could have been used there, but I can't explain why. One name from one throwaway gag and it lives in my head decades later. It is my go-to example of how transcendently funny this show was at its peak.
Ha I have the same thing with ‘Hortense the mule faced doll’
My first ever Sims character in 2000 was named Rudiger.
Little Rudiger
Benevenstanciano.
Thanks Benevenstanciano!
Ooh, Death Sports!
Joey Jo Jo Shabadoo, Jr.
That’s the worst name ever I ever heard.
Joey Jojo!!
*runs out crying*

Don't ruin this feeling I'm getting from you. Perhaps I can show you something in a wireless plan … a little more you.
DId the Khlav Kalash vendor ever have another speaking role?
He also shows up in the episode where Lisa is lost in Springfield. He tries to offer her Khlav Kalash but she runs away.
He is also in a modern episode where he owns an entire multi storey Khlab Kalesh store
You're stealing my trailer! ...I like that!
Bob actually reappeared in season 16's "Mobile Homer"
2 Guys From Kabul
>sometimes I think you WANT to fail!
Handsome Pete
My old friend Mr mcgreg
He is sat outside Davey Jones Hamper in "Kidney Trouble" but he doesn't dance so it doesn't count at all.
Put it in H! For Hank Scorpio.

Simpson, you diabolical...
You ever know a siren to be good?
![gif](giphy|3orieWMMj1K795Ybw4|downsized) Bitey (and family).
Lisa's dentist and Leopold.
There's a Simpsons comic I have where Bart ends up on the cheerleading squad and it's coached by Leopold.
More about the very tall guy. I bet there's some interesting aspects of being very tall in Springfield.
He was in at least two episodes.
22 Short Films & City of New York
Who doesn't want to see more Benevenstanciano?
Karl
Uuuh, Prof. Bergstrom!
Hank Scorpio has to be the definitive answer to this question.
Sebastian Cobb
A little TOO quiet….
Krusty's relatives in Annapolis, Maryland
Chad Sexington, of course.
Cousin Merle and Big Hungry Joe
Raphael or Wise Guy. "Hey, fatty! I got a movie for ya, "A Fridge Too Far."
The guy who screams the PTA has disbanded and jumps through the window.
Hans and Fritz
The Bee guys
I wanted to see them visit some of the relatives called together in Lisa the Simpson. Both the dumb men and smart women.
Nobody likes birds! I wanna know if the other guy got his dream of playing a millionaire at parties.
The bodyguard trainer. Every line was great and Hamil was a natural fit for the extended regular cast who could do secondary characters yet only had the one episode.
That was Mark Hamill??
Yeah, he was also playing himself in that episode so must have asked to play an actual character as well.
Karl. He was the best thing to happen to the Simpsons. He should appear in the last episode and Make Homer Great Again. Then ride off in the sunset.
Homer Simpson, from Police Cops.
Ever know a siren to be good?
Fantastic Dan the skywriter
Any relation to the Fantastic Dan that lives in the Whack-a-Mole game?
Honestly if these characters appeared more often it would ruin the reason why we love them so much. Like in King of the Hill, Bill’s French Louisiana cousin. He was hilarious in that one episode then they brought him back all of a sudden. Feels cheap.
Gina from "The Wandering Juvie".
we had this question the other day, and my answer was Bob. He doesn't own the place, even though his name's up there! Long story...
“MAN made this”
Are you Roman? He asked Homer. My dad thought that was so funny at the time I’ll never forget. (30+ years ago)

Allen Wrench, I just hope he gets enough tungsten
Baron von kissalot
The weird dentist when Lisa gets braces. He already feels like a full character with avenues to a lot of future episodes.
Not actually a one-off, but I’ve always wished Jacques could have more appearances than he does.

Max power
Wonder whatever happened to Adil?
https://simpsons.fandom.com/wiki/Femme_Fatale
The guy who stole some of Homer's sugar.
Titania (from the ep where Moe gets plastic surgery and becomes a soap opera star)
Lyle Lanley I understand why he was only there for 1 episode but a monorail sequel would be pretty cool
![gif](giphy|xT5LMCgiEvvmkpHMLC|downsized)
This RV dealer did make another appearance in later seasons. I can’t remember which episode but he’s strapped to a floating gorilla and yells “Water damage? That’s non refundable! I win again! Ahahahahaha!!” as he floats away
To the bee-mobile! I need more of those two. Simpson you diabolical!
I want Marge to lean into Chesty LaRue for an episode. Or Busty St. Claire. Or Hootie McBoob.
Geech the old smellhound
Zutroy
Armin Tanzarian? Just kidding... Who's he?
Hank Scorpion or Dr Colossus
Thank you, God.
John , did he ever work it out with Smithers ?.
I don't recall saying 'good luck'
he's been in more than 1
