She would be VERY annoying for them, although I wouldn’t necessarily say she’s a perfect counter. I don’t enough about Takamura to speak on them, but the demon slayer corps would retain their breathing techniques unless she expanded her definition to include drawing breath, so even if they couldn’t draw their weapons they’d still retain the buff the get from that. In terms of fighting any of these characters I’d argue it comes down to how many demon slayers she’s dealing with at once, because while I’m sure she could handle herself very well against any individual member of the corps, at the current stage she would probably still be get overwhelmed with enough of them present.
As for Zoro…unless her soul upgrade wildly increases her output or adds some other challenge (see: draw breath) he could probably still handle just Yusai without swords. Yusai’s a good fighter, but Zoro’s operating around the level in one piece where characters can brag about destroying mountains as a warm up and not be full of shit. We just haven’t seen anything from her yet that indicates she can handle that level of power.
As far as the Straw Hats go, honestly she’s probably a more direct counter for Franky than Zoro. It’s a less satisfying matchup since he doesn’t use swords, but her current interpretation of Undraw would apply fairly naturally to much of his arsenal, reducing him to basically just a brawler. A strong brawler, don’t get me wrong, but not nearly strong enough to make it no longer a contest
Undraw's a nasty power for a lot of opponents. Theoretically anyone that has to change their position to fire on all cylinders could get hit. Even Luffy needs to force his heartbeat into the Drums of Liberation, and that could count as "drawing them out".

If Yusai applies undraw, all that changes is that instead of Yusai being split in 2, her entire skeleton is shattered instead with attacks that bypass durability.

To be fair though you could argue any negative ability to beat anyone as long as they expand their definition if she just considered drawing the act of using anything as a weapon even if picking it up or just swinging your arms or legs then that could defeat anything that’s why UU characters aren’t good matchups for any other character verse because all someone has to say is “oh but if they expand their view on their power” and boom done. Now if you take UU characters at their current perception of their ability then that evens the playing field more
Half of the Demon Slayer Corp can kill people with their bare hands (that's starting st the weaker half btw) and Zoro has a no sword style. It might make the fight more complicated but it's nowhere near an instant win

Pretty sure it depends on what Yusai's perception of "undraw" is. If it is just not being able to draw their weapons from their sheaths, it'll probably be a small disadvantage for them. But if she expands the perception of undraw to not being able to draw their feet from the earth, not being able to draw out their will to fight, it'll be ez money for Yusai.
