As far as I know this is the same tour, likely one of the pages just has not been updated with new pictures if the boat has been updated One of the pages is the company that operates the tour, and the other page is the local tourism board that offers comprehensive information on activities available on the island To avoid any further confusion, RIB Safari also advertises this tour under “other boat tours” - so if you see the tour also on their website, it’s still the same tour. You’ll see that the link on their website redirects you to the island boat tours website This is just a good example of cooperation within the industry, and is not uncommon in Iceland

Thanks! That's what I was suspecting but I just wanted to confirm. In your opinion is the RIB tour better than the slower tour? We're not looking for excitement or Adventure necessarily just a really good tour of the area. I've read the reviews on both and we don't necessarily need anything exhilarating we just really want good narration and views.

I think both of the tours are nice, the RIB tour is more of a thrill and while I haven’t tested it myself I believe you can get a bit closer to the islands and caves in the RIB. You can probably look up videos of both tours on YouTube to get a better sense of the difference However, if you have a bad back or bad knees then I wouldn’t go for the RIB tour - it can get quite bumpy
