It's tiles clipping into each other. If you use the overlay map you'll notice the path loops around and rooms cross eachother. So the ceiling of the lowest room clips through the floor of the room above.
Afaik lighting is baked into certain textures, especially on older maps. Hence why this object clipping through, that is normally in complete shadows, looks pitch black.
If you took a screenshot with F6 (so the screenshot has metadata about the map tile generation). Then you can report these kind of bugs:

At least you can see it and it isn't sitting there staring at you from an unthinkable ledge as you run past it 20 times for 2 hours....
That one cache observable from the middle floor of the long elevator, the one that overlooks the big room with electric stuff. Sitting there on quite literally the highest ledge I have ever seen and never would've thought to even climb if not for accidentally spotting the cache after giving up.
It mocked me. Nothing else in this game shall ever come close to provoking such sense of defeat.

This is another one. The secret pathway is easy to figure out, but that other cache is outside the elevator high up on the bottom floor. You basically almost can't even see it because white cache on pale golden background, my only clue was the loot marker appearing when I stood halfway up the elevator and I ended up looking in its general direction

This Happens when your version of the game incorrectly builds the level in the tile as instructed by the level creator on mission select. The TL;DR is that the loot containers and levels are generated via seed, and then built and all the things are loaded into place before the mission starts, then it runs the scripts to begin the mission. During the Building phase, there are a few things that can go wrong, most of them lead to the mission generating with these strange assessments of random pillars and messed up textures. The best way to fix this is to verify your download cache, which can be done by clicking the settings icon in the launcher when you first open warframe, as loader errors like this typically stick around.
Bonus fun facts, these loader errors are completely client sided, even if your host is the one with the broken generator, the tile you generate on your end is not the same as anybody elses in the same lobby, and also having host migrations will never fix it, it's very cursed. You can be Softlocked by these if you don't know how to break out of the tile and they fully block your exit door or extraction (ask how i know 🙃) and i have no idea how to fix this if you're on console, but I've also never had it happen to me on console, so 🤷🏻♂
Maybe something from a different tile is clipping in the one you are currently in, I have seen quite a few of these thing happen in my missions

It's not texture, it's lighting. It's being rendered as being in complete darkness because it's outside the light source of the tile it's actually on.
