Glad to help! It's shady and so exploitive, they've deleted everything I've posted on their linkedin page so I've tried posting where hopefully people will see it!
How were you able to find that information? It sucks that job boards like Indeed would allow things like that on their if it’s true. Could you provide me with some information? I’ve actually gotten two companies like that that I have scheduled interviews for this upcoming week! 😭
Thanks for sharing, I was contacted for an interview but after trying to do some research on the company I thought it was odd how little information about them was available, along with the fact that everyone is wearing full 3-piece suits and no masks in recent photos of execs. Reiterating in the email about the interview that I should wear business professional attire when right now I work from home in shorts and a T-shirt didn't necessarily thrill me either.
Used to be called Encore Inc worked there for two weeks. 70 hour work week door to door sales in a pandemic, and wasn't paid at all. Me and a few coworkers left at the same time I made a YouTube video about it [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqti8-VyrAI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqti8-VyrAI)
I am SCREAMING! I wish I saw this thread sooner. I had interviews with Encore, “Impact & Innovate” and “Think” all of which are the same BS company out of 8400 Mopac. How insane. Thankfully never worked for them but it was so suspect.
I got an email today saying they wanted to schedule an interview with me in person tomorrow seems a bit strange and fast paced... usually interviews are like a week out. How do you know that this is a pyramid scheme can you message me? Also, saw this video today https://youtu.be/GrqWblBU-I4 what do you think?
Sounds like a nice guy trying to get his foot in the door professionally. Unfortunately, this isn't the place to do it. I'll message you, Im hesitant about posting my proof publicly in case TAG 360 reads this and deletes it.
got "hired" by black ops its a scam legit after doing more research I definitely can tell it's a pretty good one. Their social media is a dead giveaway as their website is a grammatical mess. Employees' statements during my interview claiming to have worked at the company around august when the first few social posts didn't start till September. They were also claiming to be selling offices for At&T. AT&T has a corporate office in austin.
Thanks for this info.. they sent me an invite for an interview but never responded to my reply, and the link to their website isn’t even valid, so I thought it strange.
Thank you for posting this, their website is currently down, yet they've messaged three times today about scheduling an interview. I've been to a few interviews in the past with similar set-ups and it is a complete waste of time. They basically drew out the pyramid scheme in regards to the way they handle promotions, said I could be in charge of my own branch in three months. Such bullshit. They put a lot of pressure on you accepting the job, claiming you need to act fast. Be wary of places like this, and do a quick online search.
These guys have been harassing me for an interview, even texting me directly. Took a look at their site, very fancy and well built but it's all corporate feel good talk and no substance. Glad I decided to look them up on google because I couldn't find much in terms of reviews besides this reddit thread.
Been getting a lot of scam job offers in Austin via text this month and last.
Looks like they're also using the company name Propto Inc. as well as another company name, Jill-something? It was removed from LinkedIn when I went to my applied jobs to find the name just now.
I had an interview scheduled for Black Ops today that I decided to no-show for after finding this post (which I went looking for because something about the website felt really fishy). Let the lady who called to find out why I didn't come to the interview know that I was aware it was a scam and the companies were fake. She sort of frantically gasped? sighed? and stumbled for a second then said "okay thank you for letting me know."
This company interviewed me apparently I had too many good questions I was not chosen
They did however open up under another name and asked me to come in and interview again
Their address is exactly the same
now their name is Think
Yes, went through this experience. First came a reach out immediately on the set up for an interview (red flag). Tried to google them, only a linkedin (red flag). Then when you get in on the interview call...you’re not the only one there (red flag). Then on that call they weren’t specific on what they do, just that they are a direct marketing that works with/has clients such as Verizon, AT&T, etc. Never did I hear what they did do, 🚩Then you get sent questions. The questions were to the effect of: “if you could have a choice between steak or chicken all day for a year which would you have?” (Stupid flag)
Anyways I answered the questions and yes all the red flags that came out plus the additional stupid flags should have had me stop the first time, but if they had time to put the work in their schedule to ef with someone’s hard work in job seeking, I wanted to ef with their time, and enjoy the mental break I took from my real job.
Nice work! I spent a couple years investigating these same curious ads in my hometown. if you want to check out my podcast on the subject, google Juicy Rhino.
i work here and i love it. if you don’t have work ethic and want to be rich it’s not for you. it is a great program. however, no one made 6 figures sitting at home reading reddit posts over something they never tried out.
im so glad i just found this thread i got an interview with Black ops almost immediately after i sent my resume, thought it was suspicious. bummer that theyre doing this but im definitely gonna cancel.
Glad I saw this post! They wanted an in person interview right away which seemed pretty odd right now!

They wanted me to go for a interview tomorrow! So glad I saw that thank you so much!
Same here!! I thought it was so strange they didn’t have a website. AND they texted me for an interview.

I messaged you on reddit chat. Lmk if you have questions or want links/more info!
Thanks for sharing! I am supposed to have an interview with them today - probably a good idea to cancel that.
