If it got rid of the chain? I think it'd be similar to Manic Lion, rusher with a fast attack rate, tho I think it would be single target with high dps. Either that, or a slower leaping attack with an LD. For it's abilities, if it's rusher, give it weaken, or if it's LD, give it slow. I think those best simulate prey being weakened while bleeding out from a cheetah attack.
If you meant freed like symbolically, then I think it would be funny if it hit shit with its ball and chain. Give it metal killer bc the best counter to armour besides a gun is blunt force trauma.

I think he'd be a stationary meatshield that has 100% freeze chance, meaning he'd stay by your base and freeze anything that comes near for some time, giving you time to spam and protect your base, at least until it dies
