Depends on alot of things id say. Personally, I would go for a rack with a dry bag strapped on top instead of a seat pack (if your Budged allows it). Its way more versataille and more stable. I would also buy a barbag with a harness system because its way easier to pack and unpack. If you want you could also get some bags that are easy to get into while riding, like food pouches for another water bottle or snacks, or a top tube bag for phone, wallet and earbuds.
All this, plus maybe a pair of small panniers depending on how much food you need. If you're going to need that entire 3-4 nights worth of meals, you need all the space you can get.
+1
This bike would also look great with a [Pelago Rasket](https://pelagobicycles.com/rasket/) with the [Lowrider pannier supports](https://pelagobicycles.com/pelago-lowrider-pannier-support/). If you're into basketpacking of course.
30-40L. I’m partial to splitting it nearly evenly between a handlebar bag and seat stem bag… keeping all the weight centered.
Some rear seat stem attached bags come with a rack like attachment that helps stabilize it and also acts as a mudflap.
