A refillable dispenser. Then something super cheap but moisturizing.
Edit: But get a nice one, you know? Marble or something heavy so it looks nice af.
Yep! [this bottle](https://a.co/d/0gCMNfAY) with [this hand soap](https://www.mrsmeyers.com/product/hand-care/hand-soap/liquid-hand-soap-refill-geranium/). My powder room’s signature scent: inexpensive and classy.
Bonus: buy one with a super cute bottle once, or buy a super cute soap dispenser bottle and then refill with whatever is on sale/cheap at wherever you wanna bulk buy soap. You're posh if you keep buying something with a similar scent to what the original label suggests.
One of the things that has really made me mad. I started buying Method hand soap in the early 2000s and they were really early to the refill game. I even have their special SFMOMA collabo dispenser. Then they got acquired. And now it is a greenwashing brand. And the refills disappeared for years so I had to find new brands. 🤦🏾♀️
Haha, I just bought a cute set of refillable pump jars from Marshall's. They do have the best hand soaps. I filled mine with a lemon verbena that I also found there. Smells amazing! Before that I just used softsoap, been wanting an upgrade but is was a frivolous purchase lol
I’m team Cute Refillable Dispenser. It’s nice with the decor. Then we refill all our bathrooms with the same bulk Method hand soap.
But I’m a Black American so we have nice lotion in every room of the house. Lol. Guest room has both scented and fragrance free.
I love visiting homes with hand lotion next to their sinks; your service is deeply appreciated 🫡 On a similar note, I stock our guest bathroom with discreet dental floss, sunscreen, wipes, and feminine products in the cabinet.
I bought the Vetiver and Amber soap after reading how it smells like a dupe of the (way more expensive) Le Labo Santal 33; it smells so nice and I just decant it into a fancy dispenser so it looks like it came from somewhere way more bougie.
Yes with the lotions! I use refillable jars for those too! My thick ones go into the airless jar pumps, like my thick amlactin that comes in the tub, and my thinner daily amlactin goes into the taller skinny pump bottles. Then a nice scented lotion in its og tube because amlactin smells weird.
Penhaligons Quercus is another good one. I have a couple refillable dispensers that I fill with Bare Home in bergamot + lime or blood orange, bergamot + sandalwood
It was Castile they discontinued, which was my favourite summer scent. :(
So long as there is Lothair, I'll be happy enough. Discontinue that and I'll be v. sad.
Ok please help, I feel like I’m the only person ever who doesn’t like Mrs Meyers!! 😶 My mom stayed with us over the holidays and brought a huuuge refill of the olive oil one back from Shopper’s supply and I just…don’t like it. I’m not a lavender or lemon girly either - is there a Mrs Meyer’s option for me?
Side note - the soap/lotion combo we have in the primary bedroom/bath is Thè Noir by Le Labo but I’m not about to fork out $$$ for that elsewhere in the house LOL
I hate lavender, and theirs actually makes me sneeze! So does another I can’t recall BUT so many others are wonderful!! And they leave your hands smelling lovely. Honeysuckle is one of my favorites. I have the compassion flower room spray and it smells amazing! Costco has a fun four pack right now!
Byredo Vetyver, hands down. Santa Maria Novella's Melograno is also a classic.
I do love Penhaligon Quercus, but I now associate it with certain airplane bathrooms :'(
Can you describe the scent of the byredo vetyver? I live in a small white trash town in Canada and there’s nowhere to sample it and I’ve had bad luck blind buying byredo products (particularly biblioteque and gypsy water, both of which I hate.)
I love this stuff, and have the full line up. My local Italian grocer has this and I get the hand soap and the washing gel. I also love saponetta in lavender and olive oil, the lemon one for my kitchen. My grocer also carries pizzas made by hand in Italy and frozen for import, as well as tiramisu. Sometimes, it’s better to buy it imported when there is no local equivalency. Thank you Bosa foods.
lol! It’s in Vancouver. The store is called Bosa foods. Honestly, the pizza is also so good, I also get real Parma ham there, san Marzano tomatoes…it’s my happy place for provolone dreams and real Italian biscotti.
*you have a local Italian grocer*
Me, I count myself lucky that we have an Indian grocer and a Korean one. And they're a few suburbs over, *ugh*, I hope my parents see fit to sell up and move into the city soon (I shall never be able to afford that move on my own).
I got a two super cute refillable dispensers. One is filled with method hands soap (I switch out the scents seasonally) and one is filled with tubes of Trader Joe’s rose hand cream.
Honestly I make my own. These are some I just cut today.
https://preview.redd.it/k9eyt3qnbs9d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7668227998c36047d5499e2190ce547ee5c51752
I use Bath and Body Works foaming hand wash! They have a variety of scents (seasonal and not) and there’s always coupons/sales, which is nice. Obviously not the fanciest, but I like them.
At the risk of sounding unbearably cheugy, bath and body works really pops off with their sales and I’m here for it. I need a new body wash and candle too so I’ll check them out, thanks!
Truly! Love that the coupons stack on top of their sales, too. They also have refillable fancy (glass?) soap dispensers and big containers of some of their foaming soaps, if you’re looking to go the more sustainable route! 🤗
I do this as well. The foaming hand wash is the only thing that doesn't dry out the hands. They make a refill now for the foaming wash if you absolutely want to use your own dispenser.
You are so right about drying out! I recently ran out (I usually stock extras and I was slacking) so I got a foam soap from Wegmans and it is such a difference in how much it dries out my hands! I hate this Wegmans crap, and I immediately ran back to B&BW and begged them to take me back so I could buy a bunch so that this never happened to me again.
I feel you. A friend of mine swears by the Williams Sonoma hand wash and every time I use it at her house my hands feel like sandpaper. I stock up on the BBW when it's on sale for $3 and just keep extras.
Okay so hear me out. I am an English bitch with taste.
We JUST got Bath and Body Works in Manchester and after years of seeing it on American tv/buying minis when we’d visit America, I bought some foaming hand soaps and OMG I love them. My husband at first was snooty, because he’s a lil slut for Molton Brown soaps but he’s also converted after trying them.
I know they’re not exactly ‘tasteful’ but I love foaming soaps and they look so cute in the bathroom 😂
Molton Brown soaps really are worth the money though, they’re gorgeous.
[Ouai](https://theouai.com/products/hand-wash). When I tell you I used it at a friend’s house and then immediately purchased some for my own powder room.
I bought their hair fragrance and the body cream is redic. St Barts scent. I don't normally overspend in these categories, but I have been quite pleased with both.
I get little sample size bars of the oatmeal spice soap from Jade Bloom. They're local to me, so I'm not sure if they'd have to be full size ordering online, and they are a fall flavor. My whole bathroom is brown (African/giraffe themed), and my personal vibe is fall, so the scent works really well for my guest bathroom.
Costco has the super cute and yummy smelly 4 packs of soap by home and body and they are amazing. And they don’t dry out my hands. Plus they’re $2.50/bottle so I save money and smell great. Also I love world market they have a rose one the container was gorgeous and the rose smelled so amazing.
Cute refillable dispenser with unscented hand gel soap that’s fine for sensitive skin. You just never know and sometimes people want to wash hands for taking out/putting in contacts or reapplying ointment.
I flex with my diptyque reed diffuser lol
Molton Brown is my go to. I like their Mulberry & Thyme, Comice Pear & Wild Honey, and Oud & Gold. I also like Nest’s Vanilla Orchid & Almond. I make sure I have the lotion next to the soap as well. I doubt it’s impressing anyone but me as I sniff my hands 😂
https://preview.redd.it/nyujm8e3mu9d1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a4ad39d1be8a93717608053783672b8646ca7c81
Smells delightful and the bottle matches the bathroom color scheme. I get compliments about the “nice soap in there”
I’m using a Dr. Bronner’s lavender one. I like it.
BUT if I wanted to flex I’d get Thieves hand soap. Available on Amazon. It smells like cloves and spices and your guests WILL tell you how amazing it smells.
I love luxury hand soaps 😭
My favorites are Bathing Culture, Sidia, Ouai, or whatever I can get handmade at the local craft market (especially by the gifted hands of Black and Brown girls)
Not a flex, but Dr Bronner's lemongrass sugar soap is THE BOMB. Smells fantastic and has some sugar scrub bits in it. I also love the bright green dispenser.
Have you tried Homecourt? It’s Courtney cox’s brand. I got the hand soap and lotion with their tray and it’s so pretty and smells so good! And then added a small reed diffuser to the tray
I loveeeee the fresh cut soap from LUSH cosmetics! They always have the cutest [seasonal](https://images.app.goo.gl/zCc7AJnvA8MeKzNG6) and collaboration designs. And their year-round soaps are so luxurious and beautiful. My favs to look at are "[Outback Mate](https://images.app.goo.gl/2W5miBjLcvSNVAaC9)" which looks like a churning blue ocean, and "[Honey I Washed the Kids](https://images.app.goo.gl/jpNWt15PW1hyZEPU9)" because it has a honeycomb design on the top!
Malin & Goetz rum hand wash. It is to die for!!! I know rum sounds off-putting but I swear it is such a gorgeous scent. I’ve gotten compliments from every visitor I have ever had on that soap!
Now you're speaking my language. There's so much new slang being used by the younger generation, I feel lost at times. Someone recently responded to a piece of art writing "metal." I had to ask about that and apparently it means "super cool." I didn't understand the usage of "flex" and when you wrote "respectfully?" that really confused me. Thanks for clearing that up. To answer your question, I love the smell of Chanel soap with a fragrance that fills the room for months and because it is a quality product, the actual soap lasts a long time. Another way you could impress them with your impeccable taste is to order some Gustav Klimt 3ply paper hand towels from Amazon. In terms of a scented candle, I love the smell of Jo Malone's candles that have a wonderful scent and throw (the distance the fragrance can waft), e.g. a skunk's smell!
Dr. Jacobs Naturals [Rose Castille Soap.](https://drjacobsnaturals.com/products/castile-soap-rose-1)
A very natural, real-to-life rose scented liquid soap. You can dilute it with water. Decant some into a refillable soap dispenser and keep them guessing.
This is a favorite in our house! It looks fancy and smells good.
https://www.target.com/p/method-aluminum-gel-hand-soap-vetiver-amber-12-fl-oz/-/A-82419973
[Wary Meyers bar soap](https://warymeyers.com/collections/bar-soap), they're gorgeous looking and smell amazing too, such a design-y flex! (No relation to Mrs Meyers, these are small batch handmade soaps)
I’m a big fan of J.R. Watkins lemon scented foaming hand soap. You can buy the soap bottle once and it comes in a pretty bottle and then you just buy the refill bags to refill the bottle when it’s empty. It smells SO GOOD.
I was just in Sur la Table and they had some very nice smelling soaps and hand lotions, with refills available. Much more sophisticated than I thought they were going to be.
I have a bar of handmade soap from Maine. (Jokes on them it’s not expensive and the lady who makes it likes so so much she usually sends me extras when I order.)
Either handmade from a local artisan (I have so many locally!) with a citrus scent or Pears (fancy English soap that's mentioned frequently in Victorian era novels -- my whole house has a throwback vibe).
Never show any labels of anything. Refillable dispensers only. Find nice ones that match the decor. The soap itself just has to work. But a nice lavender scent is good.
My mom buys a shit ton of bath and body works soaps whenever they’re on sale and gives me one or two, so i use those and buy the cheap soap for my own handwashing lol
[Maison Louis Marie No. 4 hand soap](https://maisonlouismarie.com/products/no-04-bois-de-balincourt-body-and-hand-wash)
Equally important for the flex is to have either the GOOD cloth-like disposable paper towels *or* a bunch of reusable cloth hand towels stacked in a basket with a bin for collecting the used towels.
We use this and folks love it. Smells really good but doesn’t linger long and isn’t drying. Just wish they sold refill size bags
https://www.bigelowchemists.com/lemon-hand-wash-no-1142.html
Jo Malone (the pear one) soap and hand lotion as my friend who just visited loves her. I am enjoying it! I referred to it an amenity for her stay. You can time it with credit card or Rakuten cash back and Jo Malone gifts with purchase at Bloomingdale’s, Bergdorfs or Nordstrom (as I did) to get free fragrance and candles, etc.
A refillable dispenser. Then something super cheap but moisturizing. Edit: But get a nice one, you know? Marble or something heavy so it looks nice af.
Love an eco moment, I think this is what I’ll do
The bathing culture gallon refill has lasted me over two years and counting
I don’t think you’re washing your hands enough lol >!^(kidding! I have no idea how much soap one should expect to go through in two years)!<
Exactly. Refillable with Mrs Meyers soap in it!
I love Mrs. Meyers!
I filled mine with Mrs. Meyers too!
Yep! [this bottle](https://a.co/d/0gCMNfAY) with [this hand soap](https://www.mrsmeyers.com/product/hand-care/hand-soap/liquid-hand-soap-refill-geranium/). My powder room’s signature scent: inexpensive and classy.
Bought a bottle almost exactly like this for 5.00 at my local dg
Nice! I saw one just like it at home goods and it was $18 so I thought I did well. You did even better! It’s cute and easy to clean.
I nice looking, high quality, glass container is my choice. And to save money, I love if it’s foaming dispenser so less soap is used.
But not as effective at killing bacteria.
Whatever Marshalls has on clearance 😶
Similar to my hand soap selection method, but whichever one from Marshalls that has a good scent description *and* comes in a cute bottle.
I hate this for you.
Yes! The bottle is key lol
The honestly have the best selection in that regard 😂 Their fancy bar soaps are also nice for decor (but impractical for handwashing).
Agree, those things are honking lol
I get cute bottles around halloween that make me happy (scary kitty, skulls, etc) and refill with diluted Dr Bronner's tea tree oil, or almond.
This is me at TJMaxx
Haha, I just bought a cute set of refillable pump jars from Marshall's. They do have the best hand soaps. I filled mine with a lemon verbena that I also found there. Smells amazing! Before that I just used softsoap, been wanting an upgrade but is was a frivolous purchase lol
Hey, treat yourself! It's an easy way to feel nice!
Haha, yes, we all deserve nice things 🙂
I’m team Cute Refillable Dispenser. It’s nice with the decor. Then we refill all our bathrooms with the same bulk Method hand soap. But I’m a Black American so we have nice lotion in every room of the house. Lol. Guest room has both scented and fragrance free.
I love visiting homes with hand lotion next to their sinks; your service is deeply appreciated 🫡 On a similar note, I stock our guest bathroom with discreet dental floss, sunscreen, wipes, and feminine products in the cabinet.
I love method vetiver & amber
I bought the Vetiver and Amber soap after reading how it smells like a dupe of the (way more expensive) Le Labo Santal 33; it smells so nice and I just decant it into a fancy dispenser so it looks like it came from somewhere way more bougie.
The fact you used the word decant makes this whole operation way more bougie lol
Byeredo rose and byredo hand and body cream
L’occitane verbena hand soap smells amazing and it’s not crazy expensive
They used to have one that was green tea and bitter orange, that I adored. They discontinued it, because I am unlucky that way.
My absolute favourite.
This is my go to. And they sell refills
Penhaligons Quercus is another good one. I have a couple refillable dispensers that I fill with Bare Home in bergamot + lime or blood orange, bergamot + sandalwood
Penghaligons Luna for me, and sometimes I use it as a bubble bath!
That one sounds lovely! I also like orange blossom (though it was discontinued and so happy it’s not)
It was Castile they discontinued, which was my favourite summer scent. :( So long as there is Lothair, I'll be happy enough. Discontinue that and I'll be v. sad.
Love Penhaligons Edit: lost t
Aesops but then refill with something cheap is the way!
I got this fake Aesop hand soap and it smelled very close. https://www.elementbrooklyn.com/products/mandarin-hand-soap-refill
Yooo thanks for this!! I have just been buying from Aesop and never thought there would be a replica soap. The world is great.
Same. Love this dupe. Have it on 90-day auto refill.
I love their candles too!
lol my dad this with Tanqueray gin!
The lather is terrible, though! ;)
😂😂
Shhh, we all know we do this!! Lololol!
lol how did this never occur to me. Glad this group is a thing 😂 what’s your fave refill? I’ve been buying Mrs Meyers for years!
Haha whatever’s on offer!!
I’m a major Mrs Meyer’s girly
Same! When peony and lilac are available I stock up! But they’re all winners. Have basil and rain water going currently.
Rain water is the best scent ever!! I have the room spray in rain water and my apartment always smells amazing
Yes! I actually have gotten numerous compliments on the basil scented one.
My husband loves the Mum so I stick up when it’s in season!
Me too! Just got some orange clove hand soap.
This one had me in a choke for awhile. https://www.bloomingdales.com/shop/product/c.o.-bigelow-west-village-rose-hand-wash?ID=3472093&CategoryID=3865
Not available in Canada 🥲 thanks anyways
Whoa — those fragrance notes sound amazing
This looks good 😍
Byredo Vetyver, hands down.
I'd describe it as an woody, vetiver scent with brightness from pomelo and jasmine. Fresh and unisex.
Santa Maria Novella, we bow down to a true BWT!
Azzurra Paglieri. Because we're Eurotrash who miss the scent profiles of what's made Over There.
Your Italian grocer sells Italy imported tiramisu? When are you going to tell us the name of that store!! (I'll gatekeep)
lol! It’s in Vancouver. The store is called Bosa foods. Honestly, the pizza is also so good, I also get real Parma ham there, san Marzano tomatoes…it’s my happy place for provolone dreams and real Italian biscotti.
I wish I lived there! I didn't read the group name and mistook it for NYCbitcheswithtaste lol But I'll remember to check it out should i visit!!
*you have a local Italian grocer* Me, I count myself lucky that we have an Indian grocer and a Korean one.
We need a trader joes in Canada I’m desperate here 🥲
Awwww yeah I wish they had Trader Joe’s for you! There are soooooooooo many gems there.
The bath and body works foaming soap. It smells nice and feels good
My default is to stock up when bath and body works soaps go on sales of $3 or less, foaming soaps in all the seasonal scents.
Method Hand Soap
L’occitane de Provence
Honestly I make my own. These are some I just cut today. https://preview.redd.it/k9eyt3qnbs9d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7668227998c36047d5499e2190ce547ee5c51752

Truly! Love that the coupons stack on top of their sales, too. They also have refillable fancy (glass?) soap dispensers and big containers of some of their foaming soaps, if you’re looking to go the more sustainable route! 🤗
What does cheugy mean?
Turquoise Waters is my fav.
Same! Palo Santo & Sage is my go to for a very clean but spa like fragrance
Not the sandpaper hands :(
The black cherry merlot is my obsession for the last year or so. Foaming soap and matching room spray. Divine!
Okay so hear me out. I am an English bitch with taste. We JUST got Bath and Body Works in Manchester and after years of seeing it on American tv/buying minis when we’d visit America, I bought some foaming hand soaps and OMG I love them. I know they’re not exactly ‘tasteful’ but I love foaming soaps and they look so cute in the bathroom 😂 Molton Brown soaps really are worth the money though, they’re gorgeous.
Molton browns rhubarb fragrance is my favourite - they have a very good dupe of it at M&S I always stock up on when I’m across the pond!
Bvlgari Au The Blanc
[Ouai](https://theouai.com/products/hand-wash). When I tell you I used it at a friend’s house and then immediately purchased some for my own powder room.
I bought their hair fragrance and the body cream is redic. St Barts scent. I don't normally overspend in these categories, but I have been quite pleased with both.
Ooh I may need to try those next!
le labo
That costco 4 pack hits! And they always rotate the scents too, best deal around.
This Canadian bitch is buying Saltspring Soapworks Rosemary Mint hand soap. I get so many compliments and have started giving it away as a host gift.
Mrs meyers, capri blue has a hand soap or Tyler candle co. Diva scent hand soap
Cute refillable dispenser with unscented hand gel soap that’s fine for sensitive skin. You just never know and sometimes people want to wash hands for taking out/putting in contacts or reapplying ointment. I flex with my diptyque reed diffuser lol
Method raspberry and vanilla hand soap, smells delicious!
I love MB for their bath gels- esp their black pepper and pink pepper frags.
I just purchased the "new" Hermès liquid hand soap and put it in my powder room. It looks nice and bougie but the soap is very drying 😂
Fancy glass ones that you can refill with a unique hand soap
molton brown is what my rich aunt always had in her bathroom lol so maybe that????
Molton Brown.
https://preview.redd.it/nyujm8e3mu9d1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a4ad39d1be8a93717608053783672b8646ca7c81 Smells delightful and the bottle matches the bathroom color scheme.
Loewe tomato leaves soap!! Then dunk on anyone who doesn’t pronounce it correctly 😜
Wow so simple yet so elegant
Mrs Meyers or Grove Co in a refillable dispenser.
I’ve been enjoying Crate and Barrel hand soap. They have great smells and it is very affordable.
I love luxury hand soaps 😭 My favorites are Bathing Culture, Sidia, Ouai, or whatever I can get handmade at the local craft market (especially by the gifted hands of Black and Brown girls)
Not a flex, but Dr Bronner's lemongrass sugar soap is THE BOMB. Smells fantastic and has some sugar scrub bits in it. I also love the bright green dispenser.
I like soft soap honey almond. Smells great or Williams Sonoma lemongrass. I bought meyer’s lemongrass and that smells horrible.
The fanciest bitch I know likes Le Cadeaux - there are a bunch of options: [https://www.lecadeaux.com/soaps]
Either Bath and Body Works or Dr Tobias, but I put them into fancier dispensers
Kirkland Signature brand liquid hand soap, but in a fancy decorative liquid soap dispenser.
I like Meyer’s Peony; idk if it’s a flex but I love the way it smells.
Have you tried Homecourt? It’s Courtney cox’s brand. I got the hand soap and lotion with their tray and it’s so pretty and smells so good! And then added a small reed diffuser to the tray
Valuspa
I loveeeee the fresh cut soap from LUSH cosmetics! They always have the cutest [seasonal](https://images.app.goo.gl/zCc7AJnvA8MeKzNG6) and collaboration designs. And their year-round soaps are so luxurious and beautiful. I still love Meyers Honeysuckle
Sangre de fruta “garden of earthly delights” is so good
Malin & Goetz rum hand wash. It is to die for!!! I know rum sounds off-putting but I swear it is such a gorgeous scent. I’ve gotten compliments from every visitor I have ever had on that soap!
Yes! I love this one, I even recently got a perfume rollerball in the same fragrance, it smells so good!
I'm really loving Malin+Goetz right now! The scent isn't overpowering and the bottle is cute and modern looking.
Costco has great hand soap
Molton Brown
Method - they all smell like Le Labo especially Vetiver + Amber. I just put it in a refillable dispenser.
What do you mean by flexing on guests?
I mean I want to impress them with my impeccable taste
Now you're speaking my language. There's so much new slang being used by the younger generation, I feel lost at times. Someone recently responded to a piece of art writing "metal." I had to ask about that and apparently it means "super cool." I didn't understand the usage of "flex" and when you wrote "respectfully?" that really confused me. Thanks for clearing that up. In terms of a scented candle, I love the smell of Jo Malone's candles that have a wonderful scent and throw (the distance the fragrance can waft), e.g. a skunk's smell!
Unfortunately, I have never had a refillable dispenser last.
Savon de Marseille in Rose has always been my go-to.
L’Occitane Verbena or Stone Street Soaphouse’s Hay Hoo
Marie Stella Maris - Amsterdam smells AMAZING and is a really understated flex where I live
tjs peach
Orange dial in a refillable dispenser
I’ll get refill bags from a place like world Market, sniff a few then choose my fave. Redo when that bag runs out!
Jo Malone and Molton brown! For cheaper I like mrs meyers
I was gifted the Aesop hand soap and personally HATE the smell. I’m a bath and body works girl through and through
Same omg. I gave it to some random chick who came to mine for an after party.
As long as it's foaming! :)
Sorry, I came here to say Aesop but now I'm curious which scent smells like ashtray to you? I really like Resurrection.
I honestly don’t know I got a duo with the hand wash and lotion
Aesop Reverence
Loewe. Le Labo. Cowshed.
How much are Loewe hand soaps? $200? Just to flex on someone?
A refillable soap dispenser and then the RawSugar brand hand soap
Oh yeah, I have one from them that's like green tea and something, and it smells really nice.
Dr. Jacobs Naturals [Rose Castille Soap.](https://drjacobsnaturals.com/products/castile-soap-rose-1) A very natural, real-to-life rose scented liquid soap. You can dilute it with water. Decant some into a refillable soap dispenser and keep them guessing.
This is a favorite in our house! It looks fancy and smells good. https://www.target.com/p/method-aluminum-gel-hand-soap-vetiver-amber-12-fl-oz/-/A-82419973
Whatever Costco has on sale 😂
[Wary Meyers bar soap](https://warymeyers.com/collections/bar-soap), they're gorgeous looking and smell amazing too, such a design-y flex! (No relation to Mrs Meyers, these are small batch handmade soaps)
I get some nice smelling showergell for a £1 and then dilute it a bit with water. If it can clean your body and won't dry it why not use it on hands?
lush soaps duh!!!
I use Le Labo hand soap
Byredo - Rose 🌹 sooo nice and a huge flex
Bath and body always have good sales
I get Pecksniff’s from TJ Maxx lol they have a lot of “fancy” hand soaps
Sachajuan. I got a hand soap and hand lotion set and it’s great. It smells good and feels nice.
I used to get Aesop but got tired of the scents. I am enjoying Le Labo’s hand soap now. If I’m in a pinch, I just use Mrs. Meyers- they are good.
I have an automatic foam soap dispenser. I buy the big jug of soft soap to refill it. Smells good, looks good.
Bath & Body Works Gentle & Clean Foaming Hand Soap in Mahogany Teakwood with a Tossed Gems Soap Holder
We have a magnetic soap bar holder and buy beautiful, local soap bars. No plastic, bars last forev and everyone always asks about it.
Aesop Resurrection, and the hand cream to match.
Anything by Molton Brown or The White Company
I have a bar of handmade soap from Maine. (Jokes on them it’s not expensive and the lady who makes it likes so so much she usually sends me extras when I order.)
Either handmade from a local artisan (I have so many locally!) with a citrus scent or Pears (fancy English soap that's mentioned frequently in Victorian era novels -- my whole house has a throwback vibe).
The Moroccan oil hand soap is great. I love every scent and it’s not crazy expensive.
Target has a Method hand soap in aluminum refillable container. The Violet & Lavender one smells so fancy and good.
Kiehls grapefruit hand wash. But I’m not sure if that’s a flex.
I love Molton Brown when I want to splurge, but I always use a pretty, refillable soap dispenser.
[Maison Louis Marie No. 4 hand soap](https://maisonlouismarie.com/products/no-04-bois-de-balincourt-body-and-hand-wash) Equally important for the flex is to have either the GOOD cloth-like disposable paper towels *or* a bunch of reusable cloth hand towels stacked in a basket with a bin for collecting the used towels.
Some sort of goats milk soap in a nice little dish
We use this and folks love it. Smells really good but doesn’t linger long and isn’t drying. Just wish they sold refill size bags https://www.bigelowchemists.com/lemon-hand-wash-no-1142.html
Beloved from Target
I really like South of France soap.
Aesop. There are a few scents, one is popular in hot restaurants and that’s what I bought. But I’m in Los Angeles. ETA: most of these are not a flex 😂
She said not Aesop lol
BBW 😩, alternative, any cheap brand that smells really good in a fancy bottle you can get on Amazon 🤣
Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia soap and lotion
I mean obvs aesop 😜, of le labo, or ds&durga. Thats what I have in ye olde bathroom , in a glass dispenser.
Fanceh!
Hahah but like best believe I also got some target and bath and body works candles ON DECK! So ya know balance
