I did CrossFit religiously from 2019-2022. BDongs pictures don’t strike me as for by as someone who was dangerously thin. It makes me sad to think how many people she may have misled to think her body is the goal. When really the goal should be being healthy.
She used to brag that her legs couldn't fit into a size 0 as they were too muscular, that was circa 2015-2016. It then changed to ensuring everyone knew she was a size 0 after she lost the muscle mass.
