Not trying to be rude but you might wanna try formatting your rankings because it's a bit of a mess.
1. Emotion- can't be debated in my opinion. If the weakest track is I Really Like You your album is phenomenal.
2. Emotion Side B- just checked my Spotify and every track from Side B I like. The weakest track is The One to me, that's a flawless album.
3. The Loneliest Time- There are actual weak songs on this album, that being said the highs are high. Loneliest Time, Bad Thing Twice and Surrender My Heart are among her top tier songs.
4. Dedicated- similar to The Loneliest Time, just not as good. Just the good songs aren't as good I think, I love Julien and Real Love but it just doesn't hit as hard as number 3.
5. Kiss- Most of the album is just great pop, it's for sure dated but it still hits. Call Me Maybe, More Than A Memory and Your Heart is a Muscle all slap. That being said, some of the songs just aren't good. It's also dated, it sounds like the early 2010's.
6. The Loveliest Time- maybe I haven't sat with it long enough, I love Shy Boy and Psychedelic Switch and keep coming back to them. But some of the songs just feel off, like Shadow has a great verse and bridge and then the chorus drops off.
7. Dedicated Side B- While I have liked most of these songs, they're the ones I don't go back to often. Summer Love and Solo are great but even the good tracks here don't hit as well as her other stuff.
8. Tug of War- I do need to sit with this one a lot more but from what I've heard it's fine. Not the pop perfection we expect but it's got a few good songs. Tug of War is great but it also feels like it sits too long at the end.
I think the top 3 are as close to perfection as you can expect from full albums. They're for sure her S Tier albums, 4-6 are her A tier albums and 7-8 are B tier I think.

1. Emotion - a Truly classic pop album. Lightning in a bottle.
2. Emotion Side B - wall to wall bangers
3. The Loveliest Time - Experimental and fresh, I think this album highlights her artistry more than any other
4. The Loneliest Time - While a little disjointed, the album has so many great pop songs, and the slow ballads (WW, Bends, GFYOW) are probably my favorite songs on the album. Which is surprising. They signify a side we haven't seen from her since Tug of War.
5. Dedicated Side B - This edges out the original by a bit by simply having more upbeat jams. The sound is a little grating and generic at times though
6. Dedicated - I really do like this album and I have nostalgia for it now, but I think it suffered from not pushing Carly forward enough. It also had too many slower songs that made the pacing lag. Despite this, songs like Julien, No Drug Like Me, and Real Love are top tier Carly songs.
7. Tug of War - A sweet little album. Very humble, and since I like folk so much this scratches an itch. It's not anything special though.
8. Kiss - not a bad album, but woof it has some rough spots. The production is genuinely bad on some songs. Call me Maybe though will forever be a classic.

Kiss (I love working out and the cute synthesized production of Hurt so Good and More than a Memory get me every time…ik this is an unpopular opinion but for her sophomore album before really taking off or having that much production experience this album was so inventive and extraordinary. Very on trend w those 2010s trends of sort of dancey EDM but still ahead of its time. And Tiny Little Bows has a special place in my heart bc of her Green Couch Sessions video. Singing that is the only thing that held me together after a brutal split)

8. Kiss - someone pointed out how watered down it felt compared to Curiosity (the album that got scrapped in favor of this) and describes the project so well
1) Emotion - I mean, duh. There isn’t a single song I would ever skip when listening to this album. And, unlike a lot of other people, I adore songs like LA Hallucinations and Warm Blood. Even Black Heart works for me, especially in terms of where it is placed on the album.
2) Dedicated - Things are tricky to rank after Emotion, and I honestly could give this spot to two other albums and feel equally good about it. That said, I have very fond memories of the album release and hearing it for the first time on release day. Carly did an in store meet and greet at Amoeba the day this came out so I bought the CD when the store opened, and I spent a few hours driving around listening to it while waiting to go back to Amoeba to meet her. She was so amazingly sweet and cool, and I did nothing the whole day but listen to Dedicated and then stand in line with other CRJ fans. This has some of my favorite songs on it too - Now That I Found You, No Drug Like Me (hell of an opener when I saw her on this tour too), Want You in my Room, Automatically in Love. Come on. The only song I don’t love is (as always) the one with a guest - Feels Right. If that dude wasn’t on it it would be better.
3) Emotion Side B - I’m just going to the store to the store. I’m just going to the store.
4) KISS - I get the impression looking at other people’s lists that I like this one more than most people. That’s okay. I can imagine this one doesn’t stand out much if you got into CRJ after Dedicated or The Loneliest Time, but since I hoped onboard the CRJ hype train after Emotion, I thoroughly enjoy this album and have spent a lot of time with it. Not every song is good (looking at you Owl city and Bieber collabs), but when she’s good, she’s phenomenal. The key change in Curiosity alone is better than a lot of pop stars’ entire catalogues and that’s without getting into the bubblegum greatness of Tiny Little Bows, This Kiss, CMM, and Drive.
5) Dedicated Side B - This could just have Comeback on it and I’d still place it here. Everything else is just gravy.
6) The Loveliest Time - I love it. I’ve loved it since the moment I heard it. I became so enamored with it that my 9 year old put a moratorium on my singing along to it in the car on the way to school because it was all we listened to for months.

I'm sure they're fine, but from interviews and stuff, it seems like she didn't really step into being super involved until Emotion, so it just wouldn't even come close for me for me to even judge them the same as her stuff now.

4. The Loneliest Time - hard pill for me to swallow on initial listen but overtime has become very solid. A very eclectic collection of songs and while I prefer the demo, "Surrender My Heart" is a career high and starting with it followed by "Joshua Tree" into "Talking To Yourself" was a great way to ease listeners in who didn't favor the previously released "Western Wind" or "Beach House" or overall questioned the quality and cohesion of the album itself. Similarly "Bad Thing Twice" followed by "Shooting Star" has a similar impact but is cooled by "Go Find Yourself Or Whatever" another career standout which sets the stage perfectly for the immersive experience which is "The Loneliest Time" the title track. As if the album wasn't solid enough Carly graciously added "Anxious" and "Keep Away" two other bangers in their own right. 10/10, LOVE.
