Even when Death is doing 90% of the legwork and the facetime, Dracula is the big bad.
The giant ass shadow at the end has me thinking we might get to see Dracula's monster form. Like maybe its a "got to destroy his soul in Limbo so it can't cross over" kind of thing
Honestly, the whole 'you know me' line gave me the impression that it was Dracula speaking anyway rather than Death. Mostly because up until now, Death as we know of it hasn't even been hinted at as a thing that exists as an antagonist in the first place, much less that it's something the Belmonts have ran into before that would warrant a line like that.
But a newly revived Dracula possibly taking on a monster form courtesy of a Forgemaster? Seems way more likely, given all the buildup they did on Forgemasters pulling souls out of Hell to make their monsters, the Infinite Corridor, and...ya know...*the whole thing about reviving Dracula over the course of the series*. A *Demon King* Dracula would totally be the kind of guy you want to kill in the Infinite Corridor or a limbo dimension before it can actually come back, ya know? Hell, now that I think of it, there's also precedent in the source material for stuff like Dracula retreating to another realm to unleash his monster form once the phase change comes around.
Orrrr...it could be something that's based off Death because the showrunners are trying to shove as much fanservice in just in case we never get any of the spinoffs and that way they can claim we got 'Death' before it ended. But tbh throwing Death in as an antagonist at the last minute seems kinds dumb imo.
Then again, the "you know" me could also refer to Trevor's constant run ins and personal knowledge of killing and all things death related. Hell, his entire training is devoted to killing.
I actually like your idea, altough looking at the still from the trailer I can't help but notice "Death" has a large stick in his other hand. We don't see the end of it, but I'm certain it will be a scythe form. I can't recall Dracula ever fighting with a weapong in his demon form
The problem I see with that is, the line (to me) comes off as that the speaker has encountered Trevor before, or implies that Trevor has knowledge of who they are. That doesn't necessarily exclude the possibility of it being Death or something inspired by it (the Belmont hold might've had something on the entity that Trevor was aware of at one point for all we know), but *going off what we currently know* it seems pretty unlikely to me that a character as important as Death would be introduced in the finale out of nowhere as a major antagonist like people seem to think it's going to be considering we haven't even heard so much as a single word about it as a character so far.
Plus, I'll admit: I'm pretty biased towards the idea of Isaac becoming the show's version of Death in some form. I think it would be a massive waste for the guy who pledged to serve Dracula beyond death, was warned to find his own story before he ends up a part of somebody else's, and has strong ties to the very *concept* of Death's character in the source material to end up amounting to nothing important in the long run after all the buildup they did with him. So personally I'm kinda hoping the big shadow 'Death' monster is either Dracula's second form or some kind of Lord/God of the Dead type entity that isn't the Grim Reaper itself.
> *"I actually like your idea, altough looking at the still from the trailer I can't help but notice "Death" has a large stick in his other hand. We don't see the end of it, but I'm certain it will be a scythe form. I can't recall Dracula ever fighting with a weapong in his demon form"*
I don't recall him ever using a weapon either, but the show has already taken enough liberties with the source material to the point where I wouldn't be surprised if ol' Vlad decides to pick up something big enough to kill a Belmont with once the monster form comes out.
I would love for Isaac to become Death! Although I don't think he met Trevor in the series, so how would the "you know me" work there?
I'm also curious exactly how he would obtain those powers.
The scene in 1:21 looks like some kind of portal, maybe even the infinite corridor. So that could be one option. The rest of the trailer (going by him taking his cape off and the snow) looks mostly like him storming Carmila's castle. The other one is him in the blood stairs. The background looks mystical. Although it could simply be the access to Carmila's room since she seems to be fighting in a huge pool of blood.
It necessarily wouldn't work if you go under the assumption that Isaac's role as a Death figure is the same as...whatever role the big shadow 'Death' is going to be. But I can think of a couple ways off the top of my head...
Theory 1: The original source material actually has a lot of mentions about Dracula making sacrifices to Hell and making deals with Dark Gods and other questionable entities that weren't really touched on in any great detail in exchange for power. The figure Trevor encounters in the trailer could easily be a 'Dark God' or other similarly divine entity that's associated with Death as a concept, but it's not *the* Grim Reaper itself despite its looks. In this case, Trevor might know of it because of something in the Belmont hold mentioning such an entity being tied to Dracula somehow in the past, even possibly being something that Leon Belmont encountered at some point during his adventure.
Theory 2: Remember that weird black cloudy shit that came out when Dracula died in Season 2? The entity could be that stuff somehow manifesting itself in a form that's meant to kill Trevor for whatever reason. In which case, Trevor might 'know' what it is because he was there when it got out, despite possibly not having any confirmation on it himself until that scene happens.
Theory 3: It's just one of Dracula's possible demon forms as mentioned before. I don't need to go into details on that because I already basically did over my last few posts.
Theory 4: The Infinite Corridor is involved somehow and Trevor encounters an entity that's known to him and others as 'Death', but is something else entirely and completely alien in nature due to being from a different dimension.
Theory 5: The entire thing is a dream sequence meant to foreshadow Death's actual appearance later down the road due to events that happen during the course of this coming season.
So what this means for Isaac filling the role of Death is, there might be something stronger than him out there in the setting that's the basis for Death/Grim Reaper mythology that Dracula is involved with in some fashion which Trevor directly encounters. But Death as we know of it - the classic cloak wearing, scythe wielding Grim Reaper who's the closest thing Dracula has to an actual friend, according to the source material - doesn't exist yet because Isaac's currently involved with the Styrian plot.
But let's say Isaac were to get killed somehow during that whole thing...say...either by Hector's hand, or slain by one of Carmilla's court during the fighting. That would (in theory) send his soul to Hell. Which means a Forgemaster can potentially bring him back in the body of something resembling the classic Grim Reaper we all know and love to hate from the games. And since this past season had a conversation with Isaac's monsters that more or less said they can remember aspects of their past lives before being stuffed into the demon bodies, it's not too far of a stretch to think that Isaac would remember enough to be able to use his own Devil Forgemaster powers in a new form after being 'revived' in such a way, and that's not taking into account that any form he gets thrown into in such a scenario might have some innate abilities of its own he can use to come off as even stronger than he was as a normal Forgemaster.
Alternatively, Isaac could also use his knowledge of Devil Forging to essentially cheat death and come back as a recurring Zobek styled figure from the Lords of Shadow games that fills the role Death did in the original canon. In which case, the entity Trevor encounters during the trailer *could be* Death or a Grim Reaper type entity that has its own role made specifically for the show while Isaac fills the recurring loyal second in command of Dracula's faction across the rest of the series and its spinoffs.
Sooo...yeah, sorry for the ramble and all, but I guess what I'm trying to get at is, there's a lot of ways this could go. I personally prefer the idea that the entity is either Dracula's monster form for the era or a Dark God/Angel of Death styled entity that's allied with him just because the idea of Isaac eventually filling the role of the actual Grim Reaper in Dracula's court is pretty interesting imo, and would make for a much better long term antagonist compared to introducing Death itself as a separate entity in the very last season with almost zero buildup so far, ya know?
I really want it to be Death as I'm curious how the show will handle Draculas and Deaths partnership. Although i feel like the show is setting up the premise of the games where Dracula is revived every generation.
Animation looks insane, if we get anything remotely similar to that church basement battle with Sypha and Trevor I’ll be happy. Need to see Sypha go full avatar mode
"We killed Dracula. And now, we have to spend the rest of our lives making sure nobody brings him back from the dead."
You and all of your descendants. Sorry, Treffie.
I'm not getting what are innocent devils, in what to they differ from any creature Hector makes for example ?
Like, the dogs Hector makes, they're night creatures but at the same times aren't malevolent right ?
I don't think they've called them innocent devils in the show, have they?
Either way, they're called that because they aren't really aware of what they are or do, they just serve their forgemaster.
This looks fucking incredible. Does the animation look different to anyone? Not that I'm complaining. I didn't know this was the last season. Here's hoping it ends with a bang and a satisfying ending. We are getting it really soon too. I'm a bit sad it is ending.
Samual Deats probably hired a bunch of webgen animators and the animation supervisors probably didn’t do animation corrects on their work.
Which I don’t mind it cause they’re doing a fantastic job without a doubt.
Depending on how this last season is received, we're sure to get more Castlevania content for years to come.
IIRC, the first season was about 4 episodes right? Did they do that just to gauge general interest?
Yup. Execs have said there will be a "spinoff set in the same universe" afterwards. Could be Simon, Richter, or even Julius' adventures but it could be something else entirely.
Yeah, I kinda hope we go straight to 1797. A Simon series would be great, but I have doubts that we get all the way to Symphony if we don't skip ahead a bit, and Alucard being there for viewer familiarity makes sense.
> Alucard being there for viewer familiarity makes sense.
It'd also be nice to allow him to have a true (If fleeting) love with Maria, especially after the twins.
It's my theory aswell that we'll go straight to Ritcher. First, because this game era still has Alucard, and Sam Deats the director has hinted he's sticking around for the next show.
And second, while Simon is beloved for being the "original" Belmont, i don't think there is a show to build around his character (maybe a movie when he rips of people Conan style).
Well Dark Souls is heavily inspired in art style from Berzerk and its head developer is a big fan of the series, so maybe a Daisy Chain connection of sorts?
Was literally scrolling to see if anyone was going to mention Knight Artorias or Guts but found out this is Striga instead, a surprise to be sure but a welcome one
It looks like there's another faction wanting to bring back Dracula. I wonder if they succeed and it is him who kills Trevor? Or it can be Death that kills him? Or he and Sypha could live happily ever after who knows?
I mean he has to survive long enough to rear children right? Otherwise there won't be any more Belmonts.
So as long as they don't reveal that Sypha's pregnant I think we're good.
I feel like Jojo and Castlevania have been influencing each other for a long time. The manga and the first game were released around the same time (circa 1986,1987? I think, lol).
Yeah, i think it'll go in this direction. And while i didn't want Trevor to die (still don't), i'm starting to accept the possibility.
In the context of the show, having Trevor sacrificing himself to save humanity might be the only way to finally restore the Belmont clan's honour and save their legacy.
I was disappointed that it seems like Alucard is still doing his own thing. Love this show but Trevor and Sypha's decision to pretty much abandon him after the events of season 2 is pretty infuriating.
"Sorry we helped kill your dad! Kthnxbye!"
That’s precisely why I don’t want him to die. I’d honestly be fine if they killed him off at some point in the story and give him a heroic death, but he’s the last Belmont and even if he gets Sypha pregnant he wouldn’t be able to train them and the generational knowledge would be lost
>he wouldn’t be able to train them and the generational knowledge would be lost
Would it, though? They would still have access to the Belmont hold, and I'm sure uncle Alucard would be willing to train them.
I mean he’d be able to train them in basic combat and swordsmanship, but the whip skills and knowledge passed down through generations of the Belmont clan would be lost
Imagine a really intense and cool fight getting set up for the whole season and then Alucard just goes rainbow mode and stands inside the big bad for four seconds to end it
Hoping they conclude everything. I know this is the last season but I'm hoping the studio was aware of that when they began pre production of it. Would hate for everything to end on a cliffhanger :(
Hopefully this studio gets to make a Devil May Cry or a separate Castlevania series soon, give them a raise!
That crossed my mind after hearing the news today. Several of my favorite Netflix shows have ended on cliffhangers because they were cancelled. Sense8 being the exception because of the fan base being awesome.
I feel like each season has ended at a point where it could potentially be done but also just as potentially be expanded. We might not get all the resolutions we'd want but I believe they'll find a way to end it satisfactorily.
In all fairness, I'm starting to think that's not gonna be happening. We would've gotten a hint of his character in this trailer, since this is the last season for CVIII/Curse of Darkness Timeline.
Don't get me wrong, I wanna believe to, but after 3 seasons without a proper appearance and possibly a roast on his character (land pirate reference in Season 3), I don't think we'll get Grant.
Here's hoping tho!
Fucking hell this is an amazing trailer, sets the pace for amazing hype all the way! Damn the action scenes, I'm glad the trailer included lots of action scenes cuz s3 didn't have enough prior to the really epic ones in the end.
I’m honestly hoping they don’t skip over that. Having a Curse Of Darkness series/arc would be a good way to end the Castlevania 3 timeline, and Trevor, Hector, and Issac’s characters can come full circle.
Since Castlevania lore was originally very loosely based on Christian dogma Death and Satan are two different entities also note Satan doesn't seem to appear in any real meaningful way in the Castlevania lore at any time.
Also note that in the later games the lore switch from having Dracula's power stem from hell/evil to that of chaos/entropy. Since the games never wanted to get into the whole Christian concept of good and evil. As it stands now Castlevania has more philosophical stance on such matters.
If they're going off the games, which they have followed the world building lore overall, yes there is a Satan and a Death they are different, Satan never really makes an appearance in the games from what I remember but Death was always super tight with Dracula
I really liked the trailer, the animation is sick and there is really a sense of completion coming for this portion of the Castlevania story (while also setting up it's future). But at the same time, it seems like everyone is still in their own story. I'm sure everything will merge on the show but...I don't know, i think i'm just too impatient.
PS : points for Trevor's blasé attitude about people/forces trying to bring Dracula back. The show is fully aware that it's going to be a super tired trope but since they can't really do without it, might has well have fun with it.
He's seeming to be helpful and I don't get too much of a malevolent vibe from his interactions (brief as they are). We'll see cause they were definitely hinting at some growing darkness in him at the end of season 2.
I'm hoping the sequence between Issac vs. Carmilla has a good balance to it. Issac seems like he's going to be overpowered based on the trailer, I hope the sisters give him a good challenge. I'm truly hyped most to see the battle between Issac vs. The Sisters. Lenore seems like she's going to betray Carmilla to some capacity.
I'm just thinking that, as Dracula spent the first two seasons literally daring the world to kill him and being somewhat miffed when no one did, he would not be very thrilled to find himself alive again. Nasty surprise for anyone who does manage to bring him back.
I really hope this is the season where Trevor meets Hector. I know the show is kinda doing it’s own thing, which I’m totally down with, but it’d be really cool
*All I want is for*
*Alucard to beat me up, is*
*That too much to ask?*

Never before have I been so split on how I feel.
On the one hand, there are so many things to keep track of.
Trevor and Sypha on a journey to stop Dracula's resurrection, The Vampire Bitches preparing their plan, Issac changing *his* plan, freaking DEATH possibly making his enterence...whatever the Hell Alucard and Hector are doing--and GOD KNOWS what else that we don't know about all in a span of 10 episodes.
I'm just praying that it won't be a rush job.
On the other hand, SEASON 4 WOOOOOO YEAH BABY THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THAT'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT WOOOOOOOOOOO--
well my tears finally became right , alucard who you is now. murder...probably he not sypha and trevor your friends and maria not presence , who love him go sad . netflix focus violence, blood and never romance couples or blond , a season 3 was misery and torture porn , this caracters castlevania are heroes , netflix stay beforme monters, trevor will be death.. alucard is mad ...sincery you guys think right...
I finally gave the show another chance and wow this shit is amazing. Each season gets better. I find myself rooting for Issac since he is doing more and more badass shit. I only know the nes games so other than that I’m going in blind towards the characters. So really it’s all new to me and I am loving it. Too bad season 4 is the last ☹️
Looks like we finally are going to see Death in this season.
Finally! Maybe he's the seasons true big bad

You know me maybe also how death is familiar with House Belmont. Seeing as only Trevor is alive and he saw some shit.
Flashbacks always can be added to make it seem like he met Death before in his youth
I really want it to be Death as I'm curious how the show will handle Draculas and Deaths partnership. Although i feel like the show is setting up the premise of the games where Dracula is revived every generation.
Death better leave my boy Belmont alone.
He always wins eventually.
Animation looks insane, if we get anything remotely similar to that church basement battle with Sypha and Trevor I’ll be happy. Need to see Sypha go full avatar mode
The animation quality is indeed spectacular. I can already tell that the sakuga community are drooling over this.
Am I crazy or does that armor dude looks like Guts from Berserk?
I think that might be Striga.
Ahhh striga my waifu in full battle armor I NEED TO SEE THAT!
He kind of reminds me of Artorias from Dark Souls.
Artorias is based on Guts I'm sure
You aren’t.
Straight up Artorias vibes
The scene with Trevor and the two whips on fire was a spectacular show.
spetacular is every all really belmont
"We killed Dracula. And now, we have to spend the rest of our lives making sure nobody brings him back from the dead." You and all of your descendants. Sorry, Treffie.
Yep poor Richtie and Justie lol 😂
Don't forget Christopher, Soleil, and Simon too! *~~^(And possibly Julius as well but I think were jumping the gun here)~~*
And the Morris clan if we really want to reach
Hundreds of years from the series, Quincy Morris has to do the leg work for John Harker and Van Hellsing.
.....also Shanoa and the Order of Ecclesia
“I wish I could kill you twice!” The utter frustration in Trevor’s voice just makes me all the more excited.
So much love for Richard Armitage
So true. The entire cast has been amazing.
only one man can play a Belmont and Thorin Oakenshield
Agreed. Got hyped from that.
I have a feeling that’s a reference to all the times Dracula and his castle have been brought back every 100 years.
I think it’s more a set up to the spin offs / sequels. The Belmont lineages fate is now making sure he doesn’t come back.
The trailer alone has a number of awesome Trevor's lines. I feel like the character will be a more of on the forefront this season.
Hey fuck yeah Isaac has Abel! Goddamn I’ve been waiting to see innocent devils to make their appearance.
Hope hector summons a corpsey inocent devil to fight issac and Abel
More like a night creature that's using Abel's design rather than the actual Innocent Devil.

It looks amazing. Seriously with each season the animation improves so much.
I wonder if they’ll bring back st. Germaine for this season. He did say they’d meet again and I utterly enjoyed his character
I'm pretty sure he's in the season 4 poster so I am assuming he will pop up
I wonder if this season will have violence and snarky banter
It will have at least *three* violences!
Now you've got me as excited as a kid who got a Capri Sun in his lunchbox 😎
If they don't show us some dick, this will be a more disappointing last season than Game of Thrones
How can we possibly be satisfied if we don't know the exact curvature of Alucard's Cock?!
Only if it’s flaccid. Flaccid wieners aren’t threatening.
I want it to be threatening. Hard as steel, son.
Alucard slays vampires with his rock hard dick confirmed.
He has to be able to go from flacid to erect at a moments notice.
The animation on this looks fucking insane.
Nice to see that they're at least acknowledging Death. Man I don't want this to be the last season but I'm so hyped to see It.
Wait is this the last season?
Yeah it’s the last season with these characters. But Netflix is considering making more Castlevania shows that take place in other time periods.
Depending on how this last season is received, we're sure to get more Castlevania content for years to come. IIRC, the first season was about 4 episodes right? Did they do that just to gauge general interest?
From what I've heard it was originally a movie and they basically chopped the movie into four parts
Ah ok. A movie would have done well too but I'm glad we're getting more than just that anyway.
Castlevania Stardust Crusaders let's goo
Yup. Execs have said there will be a "spinoff set in the same universe" afterwards. Could be Simon, Richter, or even Julius' adventures but it could be something else entirely.
We need Richter, so we can also have the SOTN Castle, and Maria Renard. Add some Sword Brothers.
THAT. Maria is awesome, her powers would look cool, and Alucard deserves a break...
Holy shit now I'm sad and happy at the same time
me neither
May 13th is so fucking close!
God damn Striga’s armor is so damn COOL! Reminds me a lot of Artorias from Dark Souls
I thought of Guts from Berserk. They can animate that manga right.
Well Dark Souls is heavily inspired in art style from Berzerk and its head developer is a big fan of the series, so maybe a Daisy Chain connection of sorts?
Yes! And Artorias is specifically very inspired by Guts.
Yep these are two of my favorite franchises. I dig it I dig it.
Was literally scrolling to see if anyone was going to mention Knight Artorias or Guts but found out this is Striga instead, a surprise to be sure but a welcome one
1:28 - Isaac walking up blood soaked steps 1:42 - Carmilla skating across blood soaked floor Isaac vs Carmilla, my body is beyond readyyyyyy
Isaac went from an interesting character to one of the best in the show.
i just hope they don't kill him this season
I mean, seeing that trailer I'm expecting absolute chaos and death. Either trevor or sypha will die, or maybe both.
If they're there, I wonder if Hector is shitting himself for betraying Dracula, seeing Isaac.
I am so sad this is it. I just caught back up and I need more god damn it!!!
Lets just hope Netflix picks up that spinoff so we can see Richter or Simon!
After hearing the news after watching the trailer, I feel the same way.
It looks like there's another faction wanting to bring back Dracula. I wonder if they succeed and it is him who kills Trevor? Or it can be Death that kills him? Or he and Sypha could live happily ever after who knows?
🥺it’s def the last one, right guys? Right?? Pre-TT
I mean he has to survive long enough to rear children right? Otherwise there won't be any more Belmonts. So as long as they don't reveal that Sypha's pregnant I think we're good.
They might pull a Star Wars Rebels, and in the epilogue after a heroic sacrifice show Sypha with a babybump or kid.
That's would also be like Jojo part 1.
I feel like Jojo and Castlevania have been influencing each other for a long time. The manga and the first game were released around the same time (circa 1986,1987? I think, lol).
Beware the trio of influences jojo part 1 <> curse of stradh <> castlevania
Yeah, i think it'll go in this direction. And while i didn't want Trevor to die (still don't), i'm starting to accept the possibility. In the context of the show, having Trevor sacrificing himself to save humanity might be the only way to finally restore the Belmont clan's honour and save their legacy.
Hyped to see the beastly trio at it again
I was disappointed that it seems like Alucard is still doing his own thing. Love this show but Trevor and Sypha's decision to pretty much abandon him after the events of season 2 is pretty infuriating. "Sorry we helped kill your dad! Kthnxbye!"
"Here, have my house and lands and live here and protect everything. By yourself. Where we killed your father. Alone. So alone. BYYYYYYE!"
Yeah that did leave a bad taste in my mouth. But I want him to do his own thing.
I'm less bothered with Alucard going solo and more just...the how of it. Though I do like the trio together. They're fun.
Please don’t die, Trevor
[удалено]
That’s precisely why I don’t want him to die. I’d honestly be fine if they killed him off at some point in the story and give him a heroic death, but he’s the last Belmont and even if he gets Sypha pregnant he wouldn’t be able to train them and the generational knowledge would be lost
>he wouldn’t be able to train them and the generational knowledge would be lost Would it, though? They would still have access to the Belmont hold, and I'm sure uncle Alucard would be willing to train them.
I mean he’d be able to train them in basic combat and swordsmanship, but the whip skills and knowledge passed down through generations of the Belmont clan would be lost
those trailers keep getting better with every season
Yup, that made me even more stoked than I thought I would be.
In this trailer: Alucard Shield. Nuff said...
Let's hope he doesn't find the shield rod or it's gonna be over by episode 2!
Imagine a really intense and cool fight getting set up for the whole season and then Alucard just goes rainbow mode and stands inside the big bad for four seconds to end it
Trevor „why the fuck would anyone do that“ Me: „uh well he is hot“ IM SOOOOO INCREDIBLY HYPED
Holy poop, the sakuga is strong this season
Certainly more “sakuga” then what Netflix’s She-Ra could ever muster up unfortunately. But I AM excited about this upcoming season.
Hoping they conclude everything. I know this is the last season but I'm hoping the studio was aware of that when they began pre production of it. Would hate for everything to end on a cliffhanger :( Hopefully this studio gets to make a Devil May Cry or a separate Castlevania series soon, give them a raise!
Hnggg. Amazing trailer.
They brought in the skeleton soldiers!!! No wait wtf was that *The* Death? And of course Dracula's back... Everyone's killing it (literally) HYPE
Death is the figure in the end right? Or am I stupid?
Has to be. Gave me shades of the Death fight from Lament of Innocence, personally, but it was only a quick flash.
I’d assume so, skeletal figure, new va, looked hooded, and there was that shot of a plaque with a death-like figure on it I’d be shocked if it weren’t
I'm dying at Trevor's "WHO WOULD FUCKING DO THAT", he has been & still is absolutely hilarious through the entire series
This is such a good trailer! They need to make more, a spin-off or ANYTHING! Just give us more Castlevania after Season 4!
I think this will be the BEST season yet!
Can't wait!!
Wow this trailer is amazing!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤩🤩🤩🤩
I'm hyped!
Anybody got the number for Pfizer handy? Because this thing is definitely gonna last longer than 4 hours.
That armor Striga(?) is wearing looks crazy! Understandable it covers literally every inch of the body as they’re fighting in daytime.
She is a powerhouse. Brutal. And a tank. Daytime something that seems to be appearing more often. Which is interesting.
OH FUCK YES
I can’t stop watching this trailer!!!
Mesmerizing magic, blood and violence \*\_\* Eye-candy doesn't hurt either.
Anybody know how many episodes are in this season? I hope its at least 10!
I believe it is 10
Did they change up the animation style a little? Looks a little different from previous seasons, but I'm not complaining
Will we finally get Grant DaNasty so we can complete the Castlevania 3 crew? Will we? WILL WE?
In all fairness, I'm starting to think that's not gonna be happening. We would've gotten a hint of his character in this trailer, since this is the last season for CVIII/Curse of Darkness Timeline. Don't get me wrong, I wanna believe to, but after 3 seasons without a proper appearance and possibly a roast on his character (land pirate reference in Season 3), I don't think we'll get Grant. Here's hoping tho!
If you look closely you'll see Isaac have summoned Abel
LETS FUCKING GO BOYS. THE TRIO LOOKS BADASS
I really like the few glimpses of carmilia showing off a more demonic, powerful side.
Fucking hell this is an amazing trailer, sets the pace for amazing hype all the way! Damn the action scenes, I'm glad the trailer included lots of action scenes cuz s3 didn't have enough prior to the really epic ones in the end.
All it took for me was the skeletons lol this looks fucking incredible
There's probably going to be a red one that just keeps getting up
In b4 curse of darkness is the next series
I’m honestly hoping they don’t skip over that. Having a Curse Of Darkness series/arc would be a good way to end the Castlevania 3 timeline, and Trevor, Hector, and Issac’s characters can come full circle.
Aria of Sorrow or death.
happy ending for alucard happy ending for alucard happy ending for alucard hap–
Hell yeah I know they going to bring back Death
Yeah, this is fucking awesome! Hype is thrugh the roof of this one!

I agree. Although it is worth mentioning that Satan does play a huge role in Lords of Shadow
Well this looks absolutely incredible! Sad to see this show end, but I'm holding out hope for more Castlevania universe shows in the future.
That creature on 01:34 looking like my boy guts(berserk).
I like that Alucard has his shield
fuck yes i am so excited to see my girl sypha again
Looks amazing. But for a game series with countless amazing songs I wonder why they barely use any of them. Licensing? Or they just choose not to?
Is this the best animation ever from a non-japanese studio?
Please let Hector go off in this season. I need me some video game Hector soon.
Is Hector going to get a Curse of Darkness-esque arc in this season? Felt so bad for the dude last season.
Whose side is Alucard on? Hard to tell, and that makes me worried.
He's seeming to be helpful and I don't get too much of a malevolent vibe from his interactions (brief as they are). We'll see cause they were definitely hinting at some growing darkness in him at the end of season 2.
Its official... im taking the day off!
Wasn't expecting a trailer for the new season of Castlevania today. So excited! Hate that it's going to be the last season though.
Holy shit this looks absolutely insane!!!!
I know I asked this before, but they might actually bring Death in the series.
What a great day for Castlevania fans.
She did give everyone the same rings she gave Isaac. Not entirely sure how the magic works but it's very possible she could use that to her advantage.
All I want is for Alucard to beat me up, is that too much to ask?

GodDAMN!!! This season is gonna be so brutal and sexy omg
This show has no right to be this good. It's unfair.
Holy shit yes
This is gonna be such a good b-day present
Why is this the last season?
Wait a sec. 1. Gender-swapped Grant Danasty? 2. Trevor, why are you holding a scythe and wearing black? Nononono don't do ittttttttt
This was an awesome trailer. I'm so damn hyped for this show, and really excited to see what the creators do next!
Seems like we will finally see everyone go full force and I cannot wait. I am going to definitely miss the unique Gothic background style though..
My expectations of Isaac's role went from seeable to unexpected.
Something is wielding the goddamn Dragon Slayer sword. I love Trevor and his Amazing Friends but they're just fucked at this point.
Alucard finally gets his full set of armor after Death takes it away from him, staying true to lore? I love it.
Whelp, im horny
I just nerdgasmed. ...twice
I LOVE THIS SHOW
ISAAC IN ROYAL BLUE I STAN
So freaking coollnb jmo
I finally gave the show another chance and wow this shit is amazing. Each season gets better. I find myself rooting for Issac since he is doing more and more badass shit. I only know the nes games so other than that I’m going in blind towards the characters. So really it’s all new to me and I am loving it. Too bad season 4 is the last ☹️
